Düsseldorf – Hannover 0:2
Drama in Düsseldorf! Die Fortuna kassiert gegen Hannover 96 eine bittere 0:2-Niederlage und bleibt mit 1:7 Toren Tabellenletzter. Ein katastrophaler Start für den Aufstiegsaspiranten, der zuletzt vor 15 Jahren mit zwei Pleiten in die Saison gestartet war. Damals waren es sogar sechs Niederlagen in Folge!
Das Spiel beginnt mit einer Szene, die man so schnell nicht vergisst: In der 7. Minute spielt Hannovers Torwart Noll einen brillanten Diagonalball zu Bundu, der für Pichler auflegt. Doch das vermeintliche 1:0 wird vom VAR wegen eines Mini-Abseits aberkannt. Bundu war mit der Stirn im Abseits! Hannovers Boss Marcus Mann kommentierte sarkastisch: „Wenn er beim Friseur gewesen wäre, hätte es kein Abseits gegeben.“

Hannover bleibt gefährlich, vor allem über die rechte Seite. Bundu, Schwiegersohn von Dänemarks Europameister Fleming Povlsen, sorgt immer wieder für Unruhe. Fortunas Linksverteidiger Heyer hat einen schweren Tag.
Nach der Pause schlägt Hannover zu! Zimmermann foult Rochelt im Strafraum, und Tomiak verwandelt den Elfmeter sicher zum 1:0.
In der 87. Minute macht Källmann alles klar: Yokota legt auf, und Källmann trifft zum 2:0.
Hannover feiert damit den perfekten Saisonstart nach dem 1:0 gegen Lautern, während bei der Fortuna die Alarmglocken schrillen!
Dresden – Magdeburg 1:2
Magdeburg jubelt im Elb-Clasico!
Dresden startet stark, doch Magdeburg nutzt seine Chancen eiskalt. In der 28. Minute bringt eine Ecke von Atik die Führung: Ulrich verlängert, Hugonet köpft ein – 1:0! Dresden gleicht in der 44. Minute aus: Risch zieht aus der Distanz ab, Reimann kann den fiesen Ball nur abprallen lassen, Daferner nutzt die Chance – 1:1!
Doch Magdeburg schlägt sofort zurück. In der Nachspielzeit der ersten Hälfte (45.+1) blockt Bünning einen Schuss von Atik, doch der Ball landet bei Kaars. Der bleibt cool und lupft den Ball über Schreiber hinweg – 2:1! Magdeburg korrigiert damit die Auftaktpleite gegen Braunschweig, während Dresden nach der 2:3-Niederlage gegen Fürth schon tief im Abstiegskampf steckt.

Die Löwen gewinnen mit 3:2 gegen Fürth, feiern den perfekten Saisonstart mit sechs Punkten. Dank eines Elfmeter-Treffers in der sechsten Minute der Nachspielzeit!

Und MAXIMAL bitter für Fürth, denn der Elfmeter war höchst überflüssig. Eine Flanke von Di Michele Sanchez kommt eigentlich zu weit, doch Consbruch zieht Polter am Trikot. Doof …
Dabei starten die Gäste besser ins Spiel. 16. Minute: Futkeu erläuft einen Steilpass, legt in der Box zurück zu Klaus – und der trifft in die linke Ecke zum 1:0. Sein zweites Saisontor. Zwar wird das Tor länger vom VAR auf mögliches Abseits geprüft – aber alles sauber.
In der Folge muss sich Braunschweig schütteln, packt dann aber den Doppelschlag aus!
32. Minute: Breunig hat auf der linken Seite viiiel Zeit, bringt die Kugel in die Box, wo Frenkert völlig freisteht. Ausgleich!
Nur drei Minuten später: Conteh tankt sich in den Strafraum und bedient Yardimci. Der bleibt cool und schießt gegen die Laufrichtung des Torhüters in die linke Ecke.
Als alle von einem Braunschweiger Sieg ausgehen, sticht der fränkische Joker: Bei einer Flanke von Srbeny steigt Higl am höchsten, köpft den Ball ins linke Eck.
Bitter nur fürs Kleeblatt, dass Consbruch kurz vor Schluss den Elfer herschenkt. Damit jubelt Braunschweig doch noch und katapultiert sich auf Tabellenplatz 3.
