Richard Ríos pode não ser a única saída no Palmeiras nesta janela de transferências. Segundo informações de Jorge Nicola, ao menos dois jogadores da equipe comandada por Abel Ferreira manifestaram o desejo de mudar de ares. Trata-se do lateral-esquerdo Piquerez e do meio-campista Raphael Veiga. Apesar disso, a ideia da diretoria alviverde é manter a dupla até o final desta temporada.
Em vídeo publicado em seu canal no YouTube, o jornalista conta que, nos bastidores, o clube tenta convencer a dupla a seguir vestindo a camisa palmeirense, sobretudo pela importância de ambos dentro da equipe que brigará pelos títulos da Copa do Brasil, Libertadores e Brasileirão.
“O Piquerez e o Raphael Veiga pediram para ser negociados. O Palmeiras tenta convencê-los a permanecer. O Gómez foi especulado por clubes sauditas, mas o Verdão entende que é capaz de segurar o zagueiro paraguaio que já havia recusado até ofertas maiores. Recentemente, o Zenit demonstrou interesse em contratar o Giay e o Palmeiras sequer pensa em perder o argentino”, conta Nicola.
Raphael Veiga no Santos?
De acordo com o Bolavip, o Santos, que hoje tem Alexandre Mattos na diretoria de futebol, tem Raphael Veiga como um dos alvos nesta janela, meia que acabou perdendo espaço com Abel Ferreira. Em algumas partidas deste Mundial de Clubes, o camisa 23 chegou a ficar no banco de reservas para Maurício.
Apesar disso, as negociações com o Peixe não deverão acontecer, isso porque Veiga tem como preferência o mercado do exterior, mais precisamente a Europa. Assim, o Peixe tende a mapear outras possibilidades visando a sequência da temporada.
Além de Veiga, outro nome que está na pauta do Santos é o lateral-direito Mayke. O jogador tem contrato com o Verdão até o final desta temporada e tudo indica que o mesmo não será renovado. Pela boa relação com Mattos, muito se falou que um acordo poderia acontecer. Entretanto, com a chegada de Igor Vinícius, o assunto perdeu força.
Reforço no Palmeiras
O Palmeiras anunciou na última quarta-feira a contratação de Ramón Sosa, que na última temporada defendeu o Nottingham Forest, da Inglaterra. A princípio, o paraguaio de 25 anos chega para preencher a lacuna deixada por Estêvão, que se tornou agora jogador do Chelsea. Vale lembrar que o Verdão já não tem Paulinho, lesionado, e que só deve voltar aos gramados em 2026.

Em quarto lugar no Brasileirão com 22 pontos, o Palmeiras enfrentaria o Santos no domingo, na Vila Belmiro. Contudo, a diretoria palmeirense solicitou o adiamento da partida em razão do desgaste físico no Mundial de Clubes e acabou atendido pela CBF. Desta forma, o Verdão volta a campo no dia 16, contra o Mirassol, às 19h, no Allianz Parque.
Vale lembrar que Abel não poderá mais contar com Estêvão, que agora é oficialmente atleta do Chelsea, e Paulinho, que será submetido a uma cirurgia e só deve ficar novamente à disposição na temporada seguinte.
