Megyn Kelly has stirred the pot again – this time by zeroing in on former Patriots head coach Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, following a painfully awkward interview that’s making the rounds online.
Belichick, now coaching at the University of North Carolina, sat down with CBS Sunday Morning for what was supposed to be a reflective segment on his legacy. But it quickly veered off course when Hudson, 24, interrupted the interview from off-camera – and later stormed off the set, delaying the shoot by nearly half an hour.
Fans are concerned! Bill Belichick girlfriend Jordon Hudson calls plays for Tar Heels in practice
On her Monday podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show, Kelly took the couple to task. She mocked Hudson’s fashion choices at public events, blasted the nearly 50-year age gap, and questioned Hudson’s motives outright. “She’s showing up to formal events dressed like she’s at the beach,” Kelly said. “I mean… is this about love, or is it about access?”
When viral meets cringe: Why Belichick’s private life just went very public
Kelly didn’t stop at outfit critiques. She compared Hudson to Jill Biden, suggesting Hudson is controlling the narrative – and maybe even Belichick himself. “It looked like she was calling the shots,” Kelly said. “It reminded me of how Jill tries to steer Joe [Biden].”
Plenty of others jumped in with their own hot takes. Barstool Sports’ Dave Portnoy called the interview “awkward,” while Piers Morgan said it was “utterly excruciating.” ESPN Radio’s Peter Burns even joked that Belichick “might be held against his will.”
Meanwhile, Hudson clapped back on X (formerly Twitter), reposting defenses of her actions and suggesting critics were out of line. She even shared a note reportedly written by Belichick himself, addressing the “negative attention” surrounding his upcoming book, The Art of Winning.
Still, not everyone’s convinced. The New York Post reports Belichick’s inner circle is concerned – quietly questioning how much control Hudson has behind the scenes.
And with social media still buzzing, that question isn’t going away anytime soon.
