A Seleção Brasileira Feminina sub-17 enfrentou o Peru na estreia do sul-americano da categoria. Em um jogo tranquilo e sem correr muitos riscos, o Brasil venceu por 2×0, mostrando a força do selecionado brasileiro que chega como uma das equipes favoritas ao título.

O primeiro tempo começou da maneira que era esperada, com o Brasil atacando e pressionando as peruanas. Assim, as brasileiras aos poucos foram cirando oportunidades e chegando perto de marcar. Então, aos 25 minutos, após um lançamento dentro da área, Gabi Push desviou e abriu o placar.

Já no segundo tempo, o Brasil seguiu dominante, dando poucos espaços para o Peru e pressionando muito no ataque. Porém, o segundo gol da Seleção Brasileira saiu somente aos 26 minutos.

Após uma tentativa de bola enfia, a zagueira do peruana, Huaylupo tentou afastar a bola, mas mandou para o fundo da rede contra. Com isso, o Brasil decidiu segurar a partida e se poupar, garantindo o 2×0 no marcador.

Com essa vitória, o Brasil conquista seus primeiros três pontos no sul-americano sub-17 e chega a liderança do grupo B, ficando empatado com o Uruguai que tem a mesma pontuação. Mas, fica a frente nos critérios de desempate.

Por outro lado, o Peru não começa bem e fica zerado nessa primeira rodada, indo para a última posição do grupo B, ficando empatado com a Bolívia, equipe que perdeu para o Uruguai na sua estreia.

A Seleção Brasileira volta a campo já no próximo sábado (3), quando encara a Bolívia, às 21h (horário de Brasília). Por outro lado, o Peru encara o Equador, também no sábado (3), às 18h30 (horário de Brasília).
