O Flamengo terá uma escalação diferente no jogo frente ao Cruzeiro, marcado para ocorrer neste domingo (4), a partir das 18h30 (horário de Brasília), no estádio Mineirão, em Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais). 

Rossi retorna à condição de titular, assim como Arrascaeta. A dupla foi poupada por Filipe Luís no último meio de semana, quando o time carioca derrotou o Botafogo-PB por 1 a 0 e abriu vantagem na terceira fase da Copa do Brasil

Pedro e De La Cruz também descansaram e são novidades. Além deles, o lateral-esquerdo Alex Sandro está de volta após se recuperar de um edema na coxa esquerda. Entretanto, a tendência é de que ele inicie o confronto no banco de reservas.

O jogo válido por mais uma rodada de Brasileirão Série A marca o reencontro entre Gabigol e Flamengo. Esta é a primeira vez que eles se enfrentam após a transferência do artilheiro para o time celeste. O atacante fez gols históricos, em diferentes finais de campeonatos ganhos pelo Mengão.
