„Nesmí! Máme nějaký plán a finále bude úplně jiné. Dobře se na to připravíme. A jsme dobře připravení a ten zápas bude vypadat úplně jinak a tým odehraje úplně jiný zápas než v Jablonci. Bude to nebe a dudy, o tom jsem přesvědčený,“ slíbil Janotka. Sílu jeho týmu už v Mol Cupu už poznala Slavia i Ostrava.

Hanáci už v lize nemohou skončit na jiném než šestém místě. „Stále je to pro nás prestižní zápas nadstavby ve skupině o titul, určitě bychom se chtěli prezentovat dobrým výkonem, což se nám nepodařilo. Pro nás je ale teď klíčové, abychom to hodili za hlavu a nachystali se co nejlíp na středeční zápas, který je pro nás momentálně zápasem sezony, velkým cílem a velkým snem,“ řekl obránce Lukáš Vraštil.
Na Střelnici dohrával s kapitánskou páskou místo vystřídaného lídra Radima Breiteho, jenž v Jablonci odehrál v nejvyšší soutěži 300. zápas a vstoupil do Klubu legend. Důležitější utkání ho však čeká ve středu. V případě pohárového triumfu si Olomoučtí zajistí místo v pohárové Evropě.
