Wechselt er ein drittes Mal nach Deutschland?
Jadon Sancho (25) steht vor einer möglichen Rückkehr in die Bundesliga. Laut einem Bericht der englischen Zeitung „The Sun“ soll Bayer Leverkusen Interesse an einer Verpflichtung des Flügelspielers zeigen. Der Offensiv-Star ist aktuell noch bis Sommer von Manchester United an den FC Chelsea ausgeliehen. Weil er beim englischen Rekordmeister aber auf dem Abstellgleis steht, wäre Man United angeblich bereit, Sancho für etwas mehr als 23 Millionen Euro ziehen zu lassen.
Das Problem: Sancho (Marktwert 30 Mio. Euro) verdient derzeit geschätzt 16 Mio. Euro pro Saison in Manchester. Eine Summe, die in Leverkusen absolut unrealistisch ist – Sancho müsste einen deutlichen Gehaltsverzicht akzeptieren, um den Wechsel zu realisieren.
[–>Sanchos aktueller Klub Chelsea, für den er in 39 Spielen diese Saison vier Tore und zehn Vorlagen beisteuerte, möchte die Kaufverpflichtung mit einer Gesamt-Ablöse von rund 30 Mio. Euro nicht einhalten und muss knapp sechs Mio. Euro zahlen, um ihn nach Manchester zurückzuschicken. Dieses Geld könnte genutzt werden, um Sancho (Vertrag in Manchester bis 2026) eine Abfindung anzubieten, da er unter Trainer Ruben Amorim (40) keine Zukunft bei Man United hat.
Sancho, der 2021 für rund 85 Millionen Euro von Borussia Dortmund nach Manchester wechselte, kehrte vergangene Saison für sechs Monate per Leihe nach Dortmund zurück – half dem BVB, das Champions-League-Finale (0:2 gegen Real Madrid) zu erreichen.

Während seiner ersten Zeit in Dortmund entwickelte sich Sancho, der 2017 aus der Jugend von Manchester City kam, zum absoluten Topstar und machte in 158 Spielen 53 Tore und gab 67 Vorlagen.
Zuletzt gab es immer wieder Gerüchte um eine erneute Rückkehr nach Dortmund. Die BVB-Bosse haben von einer Verpflichtung allerdings Abstand genommen, da sie nicht zu 100 Prozent überzeugt sind, dass Sancho dem Klub nochmals wirklich weiterhilft.
