Die Urlaubs-Insel Ibiza wurde am Wochenende zur Meister-Insel!
Wenige Stunden nach dem 2:2 des FC Liverpool gegen Arsenal flog Reds-Trainer Arne Slot (46) auf die Balearen-Insel, um im beliebten „O Beach Club“ zu feiern. Der Strand-Club auf Ibiza gehört Berichten zufolge Wayne Lineker (63), dem Bruder von England-Legende Gary Lineker.
Auf Instagram veröffentlichte der Unternehmer nun ein Video aus seinem Klub, der sich für den Meister-Trainer ordentlich etwas einfallen ließ. Während ein gut gelaunter Slot sich unterhält, ertönt aus den Boxen zur Ehre der Reds-Meisterschaft schon der Kult-Klassiker „We are the Champions“ von Queen.
Sofort läuft der Coach in Richtung DJ-Pult, schaut sich das Spektakel aus der Nähe an. Vor ihm zehn Frauen, die in einem weißen Kleid zum Takt auf einem Bühnenpodest tanzen und Schilder mit den Buchstaben „C H A M P I O N S“ in die Höhe halten – passend zum Hit.
Eine von ihnen hat zudem eine Champagner-Flasche in der Hand. Auch eine orangefarbene Mini-Rauchbombe darf nicht fehlen.

Bayern-Stars auf Ibiza
Auch die Bayern-Stars verweilten zur selben Zeit auf der Balearen-Insel. Am Sonntagmittag hatten sich 13 Stars um Legende Thomas Müller (35) aus München mit einem Privatjet nach Ibiza aufgemacht. Bei der Party am Nachmittag im angesagten Beach-Club „Blue Marlin“ tauchte dann plötzlich auch noch Joshua Kimmich (30) auf. Später ging es für die Reise-Gruppe noch in den In-Club „Pacha“ im Stadtteil Talamanca in Ibiza-Stadt. Am Dienstag kehrten die Profis wieder nach München zurück. Am Mittwoch startet die Vorbereitung auf das letzte Liga-Spiel gegen Hoffenheim für das Team von Vincent Kompany (39).

Teile der Reds genossen ihre Zeit anders als ihr Trainer in Dubai. Wie Fotos u.a. der „Daily Mail“ zeigen, entspannten die Liverpool-Stars um Kapitän Virgil van Dijk, Torhüter Alisson Becker sowie Kostas Tsimikas, Joe Gomez und Diogo Jota in den Arabischen Emiraten.
Die Reds, die den 20. Meistertitel ebenfalls schon in der Tasche haben, sind erst am Montag wieder im Einsatz. Dann trifft die Mannschaft von Arne Slot auswärts auf Brighton & Hove Albion.
