Na noite de ontem, o Internacional derrotou o Nacional (URU), fora de casa, e subiu para a segunda colocação do seu grupo na Libertadores. Agora, vai para a última rodada precisando apenas de um empate para avançar ao mata-mata.
O Colorado voltou a vencer depois de três derrotas seguidas, tendo sofrido 11 gols nestes jogos. A crítica em cima do trabalho de Roger Machado começou a aparecer, mesmo após a boa fase do time desde o final do ano passado. O treinador era cogitado até na seleção brasileira após a saída de Dorival Júnior.
Em live realizada no Youtube, o jornalista Tiago Leifert defendeu o trabalho do Roger, entendendo que esses momentos de altos e baixos vão acontecer, algo que o futebol brasileiro não está preparado, já que cobram resultado a todo tempo.
“Muita gente vinha criticando o Roger Machado, falando em tirar ele do time. O Inter ganhou do Nacional e o jogo não foi fácil, mas a gente viu um time com a cara daquele Inter que a gente vinha falando lá de trás, um time que a gente gosta de ver, com boas jogadas, passes, agilidade no meio”, iniciou.

Então, Tiago Leifert relembrou que alguns técnicos reclamaram publicamente sobre esse imediatismo por resultados que há no Brasil e o extremo na avaliação por parte da imprensa, de colocar rapidamente alguém como o melhor e o pior.
“A gente teve nesses últimos dias, o Mano Menezes e o Abel Ferreira desabafando sobre esse resultadismo, o imediatismo da imprensa, de você condenar muito rapidamente um time à desgraça e também endeusar muito rapidamente um time. Na quarta você tem que ir para a seleção brasileira e no domingo tem que ser demitido”, disse.
“O Abel Ferreira falou disso depois do Palmeiras vencer o Bolívar. E ele usou um time quase todo titular nesse jogo, não tirou o pé mesmo já classificado. Por que ele fez isso? Ele sabe como as coisas funcionam”, finalizou Tiago Leifert.
Também na live, o narrador do SBT mostrou a fala de Abel Ferreira, onde ele comenta justamente esse extremismo na avaliação com ele e com os jogadores após uma vitória e uma derrota. Leifert concordou com o treinador palmeirense e criticou os colegas de profissão que agem assim.

O Internacional volta a campo neste domingo (18), às 20h30, diante do Mirassol, em casa, em partida válida pela nona rodada do Brasileirão. Atualmente, o clube gaúcho é o 13° colocado.
