České i ruské občanství má útočník Dmitrij Jaškin, který působí v Kazani. Finále play off KHL hraje v těchto dnech za Čeljabinsk pražský rodák ruského původu Ostap Safin.
Jednatřicetiletý Šulák před ruskou válkou na Ukrajině patřil do kádru reprezentace, s níž se představil na třech světových šampionátech a jednom olympijském turnaji. Ve Vladivostoku strávil většinu své kariéry v KHL.
Vyjma krátkých angažmá ve švédském Örebro na jaře roku 2022 a v Omsku (v roce 2023) hájí pelhřimovský rodák barvy Admiralu od začátku sezony 2021/22. V posledním ročníku odehrál včetně play off 73 utkání a připsal si 40 bodů za 11 gólů a 29 asistencí.
