Travis Kelce may have suffered a tough Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this year, but the Kansas City Chiefs‘ tight end is far from defeated.
With his eyes set firmly on redemption in 2026, Kelce is reportedly sharpening his focus in elite style by training at a jaw-dropping $20 million mansion in Florida.
According to the Daily Mail, Kelce has been renting a luxury home in Boca Raton’s exclusive Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club since April.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate was built in 2020 and offers amenities fit for a football king: a waterfall pool, a private dock, a home theater, a spa, a wine room, and a bar.

The mansion also features 24/7 security and access to a covered balcony offering “mesmerizing island views,” as described in a previous listing on Realtor.com.
“In the wood-beamed kitchen, Wolf appliances, two porcelain-topped contrasting islands, and a breakfast bar make it easy to whip up something delicious, and with an attached 10-person dining area, there’s room for everyone at the table,” the listing noted.
An insider told the Daily Mail, “This is the sanctuary,” a place where Kelce can reset and prepare both physically and mentally for what could be his last NFL campaign.
Inside the mansion and the mindset of a champion
Kelce‘s Florida offseason compound isn’t just a showpiece – it’s his training hub. The 35-year-old has reportedly been working out at Johnny O’s Gym nearby, alongside strength and conditioning coach Andrew Spruill.
At the mansion, his childhood friend and longtime personal chef Kumar Ferguson is keeping him on track with a protein-rich diet to match the intensity of his regimen.
Ferguson, who has been Kelce‘s personal chef for the last eight years, has been spotted picking up premium seafood from Pop’s Fish Market in Boca Raton. Sources say he’s been preparing meals featuring shrimp, crab, and yellowfin tuna to keep Kelce’s nutrition elite.
“Travis is keeping the noise out and putting in the work,” the insider revealed. “If this is his final year in the NFL, he’s determined to go out on a high.”
That kind of discipline has been central to Kelce‘s longevity in the league. Though the Chiefs fell short of a historic Super Bowl three-peat, Kelce continues to train like a player with something to prove.
Rumors about his possible retirement have swirled since the end of the 2025 season, but nothing is confirmed – only that he’s giving this offseason everything he’s got.
