Paulo Nunes, em forte desabafo, detonou o modo que o Grêmio está sendo administrado. Reagindo à eliminação na Copa do Brasil, em casa, o ex-jogador vê um sofrimento inadmissível causado aos torcedores. Neste cenário, o rendimento abaixo das expectativas, algo que se tornou recorrente em 2025, é avaliado como um menosprezo inadmissível com os tricolores.
“Tudo tem um limite. Vexame é pouco! Vexame para a torcida, vexame para a camisa e vexame para a história. O que essa galera está fazendo com o Grêmio é um absurdo. O gol foi mal anulado, mas pelo amor de Deus… é sofrimento atrás de sofrimento. É um jogo abaixo de um nível que eu nunca vi.”, disse Paulo Nunes, em vídeo no Instagram.
“É vergonhoso! O que o torcedor do Grêmio está passando é vergonha. Pensei em ficar quieto, mas é inadmissível o Grêmio passar por isso. Não pode esse sofrimento, essa balbúrdia e esse menosprezo aos gremistas. Vergonha, não tem outra palavra!”, acrescentou.
Além dos vexames do Grêmio, Paulo Nunes incluiu a atual situação de abandono do Estádio Olímpico. Palco de glórias da equipe, o local se encontra em ruínas, situação que foi atrelada ao péssimo futebol nos gramados.
“O que está acontecendo com o torcedor gremista é desumano! O gremista nem vai mais no estádio. O que fizeram com o Olímpico, de glórias e jogos inesquecíveis de várias gerações, e vocês não respeitam isso. Está largado. Vocês acham que isso não se cobra na frente? Tá se pagando!”, externou.
Vivendo um ano complicado, o Grêmio pode, novamente, lidar com a ameaça de rebaixamento. Antes da queda na Copa do Brasil, Paulo Nunes trouxe um alerta sobre a fragilidade defensiva que Mano Menezes vem tentando corrigir.
“É uma equipe que não consegue manter um resultado, não consegue ficar sem levar gols. A gente tem que se preocupar com o Grêmio nesta temporada.”, opinou Paulo Nunes, no Seleção SporTV.
