Pela 4ª rodada, o hexagonal final do sul-americano feminino sub-17, a Seleção Brasileira Feminina encarou o Chile. Em um jogo bem pegado e disputado, as equipes fizeram grandes atuações e ficaram apenas no empate.
O primeiro tempo da partida começou bem aberto, com as duas equipes se lançando ao ataque. Porém, o Chile se saiu melhor e marcou logo aos sete minutos com Catalina Muñoz. Assim, o Brasil não conseguiu reagir e acabou sofrendo mais um gol aos 26 minutos, marcado por Penélope Correa.
Porém, a Seleção Brasileira conseguiu voltar para o jogo pouco tempo depois. Assim, aos 36 minutos, Gabi Pusch chutou forte e diminuiu o marcador. Na volta do intervalo, o Brasil se lançou no ataque de vez e conseguiu o empate aos quatro minutos com Ravenna.
Por fim, as brasileiras conseguiram criar algumas oportunidades, mas não marcaram, ficando apenas no empate. Com isso, o Brasil se complica na competição, tendo que depender de outros resultados para conquistar o título do sul-americano feminino sub-17.
Seleção Brasileira Feminina classificada para o mundial sub-17
Mesmo empatando a partida contra o Chile, a Seleção Brasileira Feminina sub-17 garantiu vaga para a Copa do Mundo Feminina da categoria. A competição acontece em outubro deste ano, sendo realizada no Marrocos.
Vale destacar que a Copa do Mundo Feminina sub-17 é uma das poucas competições que a Seleção Brasileira Feminina não conquistou. Por fim, vale lembrar que as maiores e atuais campeãs é a Coreia do Norte, tendo levantado o troféu da competição em 2008, 2016 e 2024.
