Rizek no comando do Seleção Sportv – Divulgação
Cercada de enorme expectativa, a lista dos 23 convocados da seleção brasileira será divulgada na segunda (26). Nela, dúvidas em praticamente todos os setores, inclusive no gol. André Rizek, por exemplo, tem o seu preferido.
Para ele, Alisson e Ederson são inquestionáveis para a posição. Como terceira alternativa, o jornalista destacou Weverton, titular absoluto do Palmeiras, líder do Campeonato Brasileiro.
“O Weverton é um absurdo de goleiro, um goleiro à altura do Palmeiras. O Léo Jardim também está na primeira prateleira. Eu não vou ficar em cima do muro, o meu terceiro goleiro da seleção brasileira seria o Weverton”, afirmou Rizek.
A princípio, Hugo Souza, do Corinthians, é o único goleiro presente na pré-lista de Carlo Ancelotti. Contudo, é possível que o arqueiro palmeirense mesmo assim possa ser lembrado no anúncio da próxima semana.
A lista preliminar da seleção brasileira gerou um certo ‘estranhamento’ de Milton Neves. Em texto publicado na Revista Oeste, ele disse não entender como Weverton não foi incluído pelo comandante italiano.
“Ele é regular, decisivo e experiente. Não faz sentido”, escreveu Milton, que pede também o atacante Estêvão vestindo a amarelinha. A ausência do garoto foi classificada pelo cronista esportivo como escandalosa.
Lamentando a não convocação de Estêvão, o comentarista ainda alfinetou a presença de Neymar. “Ocupando um espaço que poderia – e deveria – ser dele ‘um jogador’ que não atua de verdade há mais de dois anos”.
Estreia de Ancelotti nas Eliminatórias
A Seleção Brasileira, nas Eliminatórias, enfrenta o Equador, dia 5 de junho, em Guayaquil, que marcará a estreia de Ancelotti. Na sequência, o Brasil recebe o Paraguai, no dia 10, na Arena Corinthians, em São Paulo.
