LaLiga ha emitido un comunicado aclaratorio después de conocer las informaciones relacionadas con la venta de los palcos VIP del Camp Nou por valor de 100 millones y que el Barcelona utilizó para poder inscribir a Dani Olmo y Pau Víctor.
El organismo presidido por Javier Tebas ha anunciado que denunciará al auditor que fue nombrado por el Barcelona en fecha de 31 de diciembre de 2024 “y que certificó la contabilización de la referida operación corporativa en la cuenta de Ganancias y Pérdidas del Club”, por el que LaLiga dio el visto bueno a mantener las licencias de Dani Olmo y Pau Víctor.
Ante esta situación, LaLiga reduce el límite salarial del club presidido por Joan Laporta, por lo que entiende que la operación palcos VIP no se llegó a realizar en tiempo y forma.
El comunicado de LaLiga es el siguiente:
Ante las distintas informaciones publicadas respecto de la operación corporativa relacionada con Palcos VIP comunicada a LALIGA por el FC Barcelona a finales del mes de diciembre pasado, y ante la responsabilidad que tiene esta institución con la aplicación de las normas del ‘Fair Play’ financiero, y de los documentos y operaciones que dan lugar al mismo, desde LALIGA queremos aclarar:
1.- Tal y como se ha hecho público, LALIGA, de acuerdo con la Norma de Elaboración de Presupuestos (NEP), terminó de recibir la documentación correspondiente a dicha operación corporativa el pasado 3 de enero de 2025.
Entre dicha documentación, se aportaba un certificado emitido por el nuevo auditor del Club, nombrado el 31 de diciembre del 2024, en el que se reconocía que dicha operación estaba correctamente contabilizada como ingreso en la cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias del Club de la presente temporada, tal y como había certificado el propio Club a LALIGA. Esta documentación era necesaria e imprescindible para poder dar por buena la referida contabilización, sin dichos certificados no hubiese sido posible, tal como establece la citada NEP.
Todo esto llevó a LALIGA a incrementar el Límite de Coste de Plantilla Deportiva (LCPD) del Club, por el importe de la referida operación el 3 de enero de 2025, teniendo el FC Barcelona capacidad de inscripción de jugadores en LALIGA, si así lo permitían las normas federativas.
2.- El pasado 14 de febrero, a la vista de la información que LALIGA había podido recabar en relación con dicha operación, y de conformidad con el artículo 64.4 de la Ley del Deporte, consideró imprescindible y urgente solicitar al Consejo Superior de Deporte (CSD) la realización de un informe de control específico por los auditores que dicho organismo autónomo designara, adjuntando a dicha solicitud toda la información recabada por LALIGA.
3.- Ante la urgencia de la solicitud y la falta de respuesta del CSD, LALIGA reiteró el 17 de marzo de 2025 al CSD la petición de la realización del citado informe de control específico. LALIGA recibió el pasado 26 de marzo comunicación del CSD señalando que la realización de dicho informe de control específico es una actuación potestativa para el CSD, sin profundizar en nada más, entendiéndose que negaba la realización del informe de control específico.

4.- Posteriormente, el FC Barcelona ha entregado, dentro del plazo establecido en la normativa de LALIGA, los Estados Financieros Intermedios referidos al primer semestre de la presente temporada 2024-2025, acompañado de informe de revisión limitada suscrito por Crowe Auditores España, S.L.P, auditor distinto del que emitió el certificado señalado en el punto 1 de esta nota acerca de la citada operación corporativa.
Por lo tanto, el FC Barcelona ha referido a LALIGA tener hasta tres auditores en los últimos tres meses: Grant Thornton, S.L.P, hasta antes del 31 de diciembre de 2024; un auditor distinto, nombrado el 31 de diciembre, y que seguía siéndolo el 3 de enero; y un tercer auditor, Crowe Auditores España, S.L.P.
5.- En dichos Estados Financieros Intermedios, finalmente no se recoge en la cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias importe alguno de la referida operación corporativa, al contrario de lo que había sido certificado por el Club y por el auditor en el momento de la realización de dicha operación, como se explica en el punto 1 de esta Nota.
6.- De acuerdo con los referidos Estados Financieros Intermedios, y en aplicación de la NEP, el FC Barcelona, con la suscripción de dicha operación corporativa, no tuvo el 31 de diciembre de 2024, ni el 3 de enero de 2025, ni ha tenido desde esa fecha, ni tiene a día de hoy saldo ni capacidad de inscripción, lo que se conoce públicamente como ‘Fair Play’, para la inscripción de los jugadores Dani Olmo y Pau Victor.
7.- En aplicación de la NEP, LALIGA ha comunicado al Club la reducción de su LCPD por el importe de dicha operación corporativa, de acuerdo con los Estados Financieros Intermedios presentados.
8.- Asimismo, LALIGA comunicó el pasado 27 de marzo al CSD las conclusiones en materia de ‘Fair Play’ derivadas de dichos Estados Financieros Intermedios, especialmente la reducción de LCPD comunicada al Club como consecuencia de los mismos, así como todas las circunstancias anteriores, aportando en dicha comunicación al CSD los citados Estados Financieros Intermedios del Club.
9.- Ante la situación descrita, LALIGA informa que denunciará ante el Instituto de Contabilidad y Auditoría de Cuentas (ICAC) al auditor que fue nombrado por el Club en fecha de 31 de diciembre de 2024, y que certificó la contabilización de la referida operación corporativa en la cuenta de Ganancias y Pérdidas del Club.
