No Arena SBT de ontem, Mauro Beting e Kleber Gladiador criticaram o futebol jogado pelo Palmeiras, que venceu o Cerro Porteño por 1 a 0 no Allianz Parque, pela segunda rodada da fase de grupos da Libertadores.
Embora o resultado tenha aparecido, o ex-jogador do Verdão entende que pelo elenco que tem, o desempenho deveria ser melhor. E não só nessa partida, mas o time vem devendo em outros jogos também.
“O Palmeiras não vem jogando bem, não vem apresentando um bom futebol há algum tempo. Então, realmente, o Palmeiras precisa jogar mais pelo elenco que tem, pelo salário pago aos jogadores e comissão técnica, precisa entregar mais”, disse Kleber Gladiador.

Em seguida, o comentarista Mauro Beting concorda que o time precisa entregar mais, mas faz algumas ponderações sobre o elenco que ajudam a justificar o baixo futebol.
“O Palmeiras está devendo futebol, sim, até pelo nível que tem, por tudo que venceu. Por fim, após fazer sua crítica, o jornalista entende que, mesmo no momento conturbado, não é terra arrasada.
“O que não significa “fora Abel”, o elenco é uma porcaria, não vai ganhar mais nada… pode até não ganhar, mas vai ser competitivo”, finalizou Mauro Beting.
