Brandon Moreno and Steve Erceg want to prove they are still viable flyweight title challengers. The flyweights headline UFC Fight Night in Mexico City on Saturday.

Erceg takes inspiration from Sean Brady, who entered enemy territory last week and stopped Leon Edwards in front of his fellow Englishman. Erceg aims to do the same against Moreno, who has never won a UFC fight in his home nation of Mexico. Former two-time champion Moreno could get another crack at the title by stringing together consecutive wins. Erceg is coming off consecutive losses for the first time and is desperate to stave off a losing streak.

The mixed martial arts promotion returns to pay-per-view on April 12. Alexander Volkanovski won’t get to avenge his knockout loss to Ilia Topuria, but he can recapture the UFC featherweight championship. Volkanovski and Diego Lopes will fight for the vacant featherweight title after Topuria shockingly abandoned the belt to fight at lightweight. Michael Chandler vs. Paddy Pimblett, Yair Rodriguez vs. Patricio Pitbull and Bryce Mitchell vs. Jean Silva are among the most anticipated fights at UFC 314.

Take a look below at the current UFC event schedule for 2025. Be sure to check back on this page when we have more information on upcoming UFC events throughout the year.

Why the Maple Leafs should explore major lineup changes in Game 6, but probably won’t

What do you do now if you’re Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube?Stay the course and try to maintain some calm? Or, after two straight losses in elimination games, shake up the lineup for Game 6 in Ottawa?Throughout his first season with the Leafs, Berube was more apt to stay the course with certain pockets of his lineup. He was much less prone to experimentation than his predecessor, Sheldon Keefe (which stings at a time like this), and seems inclined to roll, again, with a similar look. Craig Berube says he’ll look at #leafs lineup changes for Game 6, but it doesn’t sound like a big shakeup is coming: “I don’t want to change too much. I think there’s been a lot of good.” — Chris Johnston (@reporterchris) April 30, 2025The time might be right to get shaking, though, […]

A bohužel stalo.

Top MLB Players Underperforming Early in the 2025 Season

Apr 5, 2025; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA; Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Aaron Nola (27) before action against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Citizens Bank Park. Mandatory Credit: Bill Streicher-Imagn Images The Major League Baseball season is about a month old, so enough games have been played to determine who's off to a disappointing start. It’s not simply a matter of identifying who is playing poorly—although that helps—but we also need to factor in expectations, recent results and what kind of contract value the team is getting for the player. They’ve played just a month in 2025, but as Yogi Berra possibly said: It’s getting late awfully early out there. Here are players who need to pick it up soon, or else they’ll keep making lists like this one: Aaron Nola, Philadelphia Phillies, SPNola carries a 5.40 ERA and a 4.56 expected ERA […]
