Foram divulgadas as primeiras imagens de Sneaks: De Pisante Novo, longa de animação que conta com a participação da skatista brasileira medalhista olímpica Rayssa Leal no elenco de vozes.
Parte fundamental da prática esportiva, os calçados assumem o protagonismo no filme, que também possui alusões ao basquete, conforme o enredo divulgado:
A trama segue a jornada de Téo e Beca, que formam um par de tênis de grife e vivem protegidos em sua caixa. No entanto, após serem conquistados em um sorteio por Edson, um jovem humilde com o sonho de se tornar jogador de basquete, os tênis acabam sendo roubados por um colecionador que os separa, iniciando uma aventura repleta de surpresas pelas ruas de Nova York.
A aventura, que estreia no Brasil em 17 de abril exclusivamente nos cinemas, apresenta Rayssa no papel de um tênis de grife rosa, em uma história que exalta a cultura dos tênis e do hip-hop, explorada pelo longa por meio de uma estética vibrante e trilha sonora agitada, de acordo com informações da Imagem Filmes.

Rayssa Leal é convocada pela Confederação Brasileira de Skateboarding
Foram anunciados pela Confederação Brasileira de Skateboarding (CBSk) os primeiros nomes de atletas que integrarão a Seleção Brasileira de Skate, para disputar as modalidades Park e Street na temporada de 2025.
A lista inicial possui18 skatistas, da qual fazem parte os medalhistas olímpicos Rayssa Leal, Augusto Akio, Pedro Barros e Kelvin Hoefler. Outras 16 vagas estão abertas, com definição através de duas seletivas programadas para o próximo mês de abril, no que, a Seleção Brasileira de Skate em 2025 terá 34 atletas no total.
As seletivas serão realizadas em duas cidades: Rio de Janeiro (RJ), com Street e 22 skatistas convidados (11 masculinos e 11 femininas), e Curitiba (PR) com a seletiva do Park, contando com 27 participantes (15 masculinos e 12 femininas).
