Craque Neto em comentário feito no “Apito Final” (Reprodução – YouTube)
O Craque Neto se mostrou contundente ao projetar o destino do Palmeiras na disputa do Mundial de Clubes, em novo formato promovido pela Fifa. No programa “Os Donos da Bola” desta segunda (31), ele disse não acreditar que o time palestrino vá longe na competição, cravando queda na 1ª fase.
Na opinião do apresentador, o futebol do alviverde anda muito abaixo da crítica ao longo dos últimos meses, e diante dos adversários que o representante brasileiro terá na etapa de grupos, ele não acredita em um avanço.
“A verdade é que (Abel Ferreira), pra mim, ele perdeu a mão. Desse jeito não passa da primeira fase, se Deus quiser. Não ganha do Al Ahly, do Egito, e não ganha do time do Messi, e também do Porto. Acho que só o Flamengo vai passar”, avaliou o Craque Neto.
Na concepção dele, do quarteto nacional que irá representar o Brasil, o Flamengo é o único que tem condições de ir longe na disputa.
“Fluminense, Botafogo e Palmeiras saem na primeira fase, só o Flamengo passa”, complementou o ex-jogador.

Craque Neto aponta Abel ‘perdido’ no Palmeiras
Ainda abordando a situação oscilatória do Verdão, o Craque Neto disse enxergar um ciclo desgastado de Abel Ferreira no comando da equipe. Na visão do apresentador, o técnico já não consegue extrair bom rendimento dos atletas, e está perdido com os novos reforços contratados.
“Acho que o Abel Ferreira não está conseguindo tirar mais dos jogadores remanescentes do elenco e também dos que chegaram agora. Ele mexe mal para caramba. Foram contratados dois jogadores por R$ 300 milhões. É um time morto, que não consegue ter força e isso vem do treinador”, avaliou.
Depois de tropeçar contra o Botafogo na estreia do Brasileirão, o Palmeiras já volta todos os holofotes para a disputa da Libertadores, onde na próxima quinta (03), estreia diante do Sporting Cristal, na abertura da fase de grupos do torneio continental.
