El Madrid se ha llevado la locura de la Champions a la Copa, donde se grita en plena madrugada. El partido empezó el día 1, acabó el 2 y pasó por todas fases posibles menos por los penaltis, donde es probable que los blancos supieran que por estadística les iba a tocar perder. Así que en una noche de locos, el más loco, Rüdiger, llevó al Madrid a la final de la Cartuja en el 116′.
Lo de antes es inexplicable. Del 1-1 en el 71′ al 1-3 en el 80′ con el Madrid eliminado. Del 1-3 al 3-3 en el 86′ con el Madrid clasificado. En el 92′, 3-4 y a la prórroga. Al final fueron dos suplentes, Arda y Rüdiger los que dibujaron el camino hasta Sevilla. El turco sacó un córner perfecto y Rüdiger voló para tirarse encima del público. El Loco.
Lo de la Real fue durísimo. Firmó un partidazo, una actuación memorable y valiente que se saldó con cuatro goles en el Bernabéu. Cayó, como todos, sí, pero demostrando que hay más fórmulas contra el Madrid que la de atrincherarse en su campo durante 120 minutos.
Y luego está lo de Carletto, que fue injusto cambiando a Endrick y manteniendo a Vini, aunque el cuerpo le pedía lo contrario. Contaba además con la aprobación del Bernabéu, pero el italiano respiró, contó hasta diez y quitó al fácil. Su instinto nunca falla. Porque fue el ‘7’ el que prendió la mecha y en seis minutos devolvió al Madrid a la Copa. También supo el momento exacto en el que debía entrar Güler, con menos minutos de los que merece, pero que puso el córner perfecto para que Rüdiger hiciera el 4-4. Carletto lo admite, que no siempre es justo con los más jóvenes, pero a ver quién discute su fórmula. De final en final.
Curioso lo de Endrick
Endrick fue el mejor jugador del Madrid y marcó un golazo, pero se perdió lo mejor del encuentro. Curioso. Endrick se retiró en el 65′ bajo la atronadora ovación del Bernabéu, que no esperaba lo que se le venía encima. Tampoco el jugador. El brasileño abandonaba el campo con aroma de héroe y veía como 25 minutos después el marcador reflejaba un espectacular 3-4. Su partidazo, tras el 4-4 de Rüdiger, quedaba casi en el olvido, aunque no debería. Es más, debería ser titular en la final. Se lo ha ganado.
Lucas sufre y Valverde calienta para el Emirates
El lateral derecho es un dolor de cabeza para Carlo Ancelotti. Lucas Vázquez sufre en defensa y los rivales lo saben, buscando continuamente la espalda del futbolista gallego. Lo aprovechó la Real en la primera que tuvo, como en su día hicieron tantos equipos desde la lesión de Carvajal. Por eso en las noches grandes ha jugado Fede, por eso volverá a estar el uruguayo en la banda ante el Arsenal y por eso acabó ahí el duelo ante la Real. A Ancelotti le toca sacrificar a una de sus piezas más valiosas porque Lucas no está ya para grandes batallas. Con Arnold de camino, todo apunta a que el bueno de Lucas Vázquez está viviendo sus últimos días en el Real Madrid.
Kubo se merendó a Camavinga
Kubo tendría sitio perfectamente en el Madrid si no fuera por el pasaporte y porque ahora mismo hay overbooking de jugadores con su mismo perfil, pero el japonés es un futbolista descomunal. Take le dio la noche a Camavinga, que jugó de lateral izquierdo y vivió un infierno. Le volvió loco y convirtió su banda en una autopista casi tan despejada como la de Lucas.
Alaba, ¡qué mala suerte!
El defensa, aún recuperando sensaciones tras su gravísima lesión, se metió dos goles en propia puerta en diez minutos. El 1-2 y el 1-3, aunque la autoría de este último puede ir para Oyarzabal. No se lo creía Alaba, que intentó cambiar su suerte en los instantes finales sumándose al ataque y buscando el gol que librara al Madrid de la prórroga. Agotado y por precaución, Ancelotti le liberó de jugar los 30 minutos extras.
El Madrid por fin se toma en serio la Copa
La Copa nunca ha sido la prioridad del Madrid, pero en los últimos años ha crecido su respeto por esta competición que tantas veces ha tirado a las primeras de cambio. Los blancos disputarán el 26 de abril su tercera final en seis años, manteniendo intactas su opciones al triplete. Recordemos, nunca en su historia ha ganado el Madrid Liga, Copa y Champions en una misma temporada.
Entre la dureza del calendario y el partidazo de la Real en el Bernabéu, esta final se la ha trabajado pero bien.
Zubimendi tiene mucho fútbol
La Real se marcó un partido espectacular en el Bernabéu con Zubimendi a los mandos, al que no le pesa el Bernabéu cuando acude de visitante. En la órbita del Real Madrid para la próxima temporada, el mediocentro txuri urdin demostró que si lo que el club blanco quiere es un jugador que sepa mover al equipo con la posesión de balón, es el adecuado.
¿Por qué no expulsaron a Olasagasti?
La jugada de Mbappé en Cornellà se repitió en la segunda parte de la prórroga, esta vez con Olasagasti y Vinicius como protagonistas.
