Horas decisivas para Dani Olmo. El CSD tiene de tiempo hasta el lunes de la semana que viene para dar una resolución definitiva sobre la cautelar que le concedió en enero al catalán. En ese momento, determinó que el jugador podría estar en activo hasta que el organismo tomase de una resolución definitiva, después de estudiar a fondo el caso, antes del 7 de abril. Se espera que el Consejo Superior de Deportes no apure el plazo y que se pronuncie en las próximas horas sobre el internacional y también sobre para PauVíctor.
El pasado 8 de enero, el CSD emitía un comunicado estimando la medida cautelar urgente solicitada por el Barcelona para los dos azulgranas. El club catalán recibía la noticia una hora antes de jugar la semifinal de la Supercopa en Arabia. Dani Olmo y Pau Víctor ya no pudieron disputar ese encuentro, pero sí estuvieron en la final contra el Real Madrid. Eso sí, el Consejo Superior de Deportes apuntaba que era una resolución de carácter provisional a la espera de poder estudiar en profundidad toda la documentación. Y el plazo, precisamente, expira el lunes, pero todo indica, y el Barça así lo espera, que la decisión será anunciada de forma inminente.
El jugador del Fútbol Club Barcelona, que tuvo minutos ante el Real Madrid, salió así de feliz por zona mixta.
Joan Laporta recurrió al CSD tras la negativa de los tribunales, la RFEF y LaLiga de permitir que Dani Olmo y Pau Víctor fueran reinscritos en enero debido a los problemas de fair play de la entidad. Fueron días de muchos nervios e incertidumbre para los dos jugadores. Ambos se perdieron el debut en Copa en Barbastro y la semifinal de la Supercopa contra el Athletic. Ahora habrá qué ver cuál es la decisión del CSD.
El primer escenario, el que desean Pau Víctor y Dani Olmo, es que el organismo dé la razón la Barcelona y ambos continúen jugando. Pero también cabe la opción de que considere que no es válida la inscripción, como apuntaron en su momento los tribunales, la RFEF y LaLiga.

La patronal desinscribió a los dos jugadores el pasado el día 1 de enero al no cumplir la entidad con la normativa de control económico. En verano, el Barcelona pudo inscribir a Dani Olmo a finales de agosto tras la lesión de larga duración de Christensen, pero este trámite era válido hasta el 31 de diciembre. Si el Barcelona no conseguía resolver el fair play, el día 1 de enero ya no podría jugar. Y así ocurrió.
Las cámaras de Esport3 captaron las imágenes de Joan Laporta en Yeda nada más conocer la cautelar del CSD que permitirá al FC Barcelona inscribir de forma provisional a Dani Olmo y Pau Víctor.
Dani Olmo espera la resolución mientras se recupera de una lesión que sufrió en el encuentro contra Osasuna y le tendrá tres semanas lejos de los terrenos de juego. Precisamente, el catalán, antes de regresar a la enfermería, estaba teniendo mucho protagonismo a las órdenes de Hansi Flick.
