Ronaldo Nazário participou da estreia do programa Galvão e Amigos, apresentado por Galvão Bueno, na Band TV, na noite de ontem, segunda-feira (31). O lendário ex-centrovante não teve dúvidas sobre o maior treinador do Brasil de todos os tempos e dono de uma identificação simbólica na seleção brasileira: Zagallo.
Para o Fenômeno, nem um outro nome se identifica tanto com a Amarelinha quanto Mário Jorge Lobo Zagallo. Além disso, R9 enfatizou que o ex-treinador conhecia o verdadeiro significado que as cores verde e amarelo representam.

O comentário do ex-jogador partiu da influência de fala de Galvão Bueno. O locutor esportivo que, além de Ronaldo, estava acompanhado de Mauro Naves, Falcão e Walter Casagrande, disse que falta alguém discursar para os jogadores atuais sobre o tamanho da seleção brasileira.
Na visão do narrador, a atual geração de jogadores desconhece do significado da camisa da seleção brasileira. E, por isso, falta-lhes garras quando estão defendendo as cores da Canarinho.
Em seguida, Galvão lembrou de fala de Ronaldo no passado:
“Uma vez eu perguntei para você [Ronaldo]: ‘qual o maior técnico da história?’. Você disse Zagallo. Continua a mesma coisa?, questionou Galvão. E o Fenômeno reafirmou que sim, confirmando a sua opinião sobre o maior técnico do Brasil.
O autor dos dois gols na final da Copa do Mundo de 2002, que deram o pentacampeonato ao Brasil, deu ênfase à identidade que o ídolo brasileiro construiu com a seleção:

Para Galvão, falta ao elenco atual criar uma identificação como as gerações passadas criaram. Sobretudo, faltam aos jogadores conhecerem a história da seleção.
“Dentre as coisas que eu quero fazer, é conversar muito com os jogadores hoje. Para que eles possam talvez entender… Talvez esteja faltando um pouquinho entender o que é essa camisa amarela. O que ela significa, qual é a sua história”, explicou Galvão, sendo apoiado pelo ex-atacante Ronaldo.
Por fim, o narrador também afirmou que o ‘Velho Lobo’ conhecia o verdadeiro peso da camisa do Brasil: “Zagallo é o pai da Amarelinha”, sentenciou.
Falecido no Rio de Janeiro no início de 2024, Zagallo venceu as Copas do Mundo de 1958 e 1962 como jogador. Já como técnico, conquistou o Mundial de 1970, no México, além de outros títulos.
