La resolución del ‘caso Olmo’ es cuestión de horas. El Consejo Superior de Deportes (CSD) debe resolver la cautelar antes del lunes 7 de abril, aunque todo apunta a que se hará oficial después de la semifinal Atlético-Barcelona, entre el jueves y el viernes.
Y todas las miradas apunta al organismo presidido por Rodríguez Uribes, que la semana pasada dejó claro sobre el caso Olmo que “ante la duda aplicamos lo primero es no hacer daño. Pensamos que entre jugar y no jugar mientras se resuelve el tema de fondo, era más razonable que pudiera jugar”.
LaLiga, en su comunicado de hoy, manda dos mensajes al CSD. El primero, cuando el 14 de febrero primero y el 17 de marzo después, solicitó “al Consejo Superior de Deportes la realización de un informe de control específico por los auditores que dicho organismo autónomo designara” sin respuesta por parte del organismo gubernamental. Y segundo, cuando según LALIGA “recibió el pasado 26 de marzo comunicación del CSD señalando que la realización de dicho informe de control específico es una actuación potestativa para el CSD, sin profundizar en nada más, entendiéndose que negaba la realización del informe de control específico”.
Las dos opciones del CSD y sus consecuencias
El problema en el caso de que no prospere el recurso del Barcelona y el CSD dé la razón a LaLiga en el conflicto es que tanto Dani Olmo como Pau Víctor no podrían jugar hasta el final de temporada ni en su club ni en el caso del primero la selección, que disputará en junio la Final Four de la Nations League en tierras alemanas.
A Dani Olmo y Pau Víctor se les quitaría la ficha federativa al no cumplir el fair play financiero el Barcelona, por lo que para ambos acabaría la temporada. Faltaría por ver si legalmente podrían romper su contrato con el club azulgrana, ya que salió a la luz que Dani Olmo tenía una cláusula liberatoria que le permitía rescindir su contrato en el caso de que el club no le inscribiera.
En el caso de que el CSD le diera la razón al Barcelona pese al comunicado de LaLiga en el que afirma que no tiene fair play financiero para inscribir a Dani Olmo y Pau Víctor es que el resto de clubes podría utilizar este caso en el caso de que LaLiga les impidiera inscribir jugadores por superar el límite.
