Schwedischer Handball-Profi kugelt sich Unterarm aus
In der 40. Minute halten alle den Atem an. Göppingens Spielmacher Ludvig Hallbäck landet nach einem Sprungwurf unglücklich auf dem linken Arm und ruft sofort um Hilfe. Der Unterarm ist offensichtlich aus der Elle gesprungen, Sanitäter und Helfer bringen ihn in die Kabine. Ein fürchterlicher Schock-Moment.

Nach Hallbäcks schwerem Unfall wirkt Hannover-Burgdorf mehr geschockt als Göppingen, das nach 48 Minuten 24:29 in Führung liegt. Daran ändert sich nichts mehr, die Gastgeber kassieren die zweite Heimniederlage der Saison. Und das auch in der Höhe verdient.

U.S. consortium completes takeover of Leyton Orient
American consortium GSG LOFC Limited, led by New York businessman David Gandler, has completed a takeover of English League One club Leyton Orient.The group has acquired 100 per cent of the east London club from its previous owner Eagle Investments 2017 Limited. As could be expected, Miami Heat star Tyler Herro didn't take very kindly to Darius Garland saying that the Cleveland Cavaliers' strategy in their first-round NBA playoff series was to "pick on" the sixth-year guard.
