Flavio Prado mostrou convicção sobre o atleta que melhor fez uso de suas habilidades de forma objetiva. Na sua avaliação, o jornalista destacou que o jogador do futebol brasileiro que mais se adequa nesse contexto é Pelé. Segundo ele, Mané Garrincha não buscava tanto o gol e usava mais a “molecagem”.
A análise do comentarista, na edição deste domingo (06) do programa Canelada, da Jovem Pan Esportes, veio na esteira em que Memphis Depay pôs os dois pés sobre a bola na final do Paulista. O holandês pisou na pelota em provocação ao Palmeiras, no Dérbi que decidiu o título do Campeonato Paulista 2025.
Em razão disso, a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) divulgou que tal jogada está proibida, conforme regra da Fifa, e o jogador que efetuá-la deve ser punido. Sendo assim, jogadores como Neymar e o próprio neerlandês, se manifestaram contra o pronunciamento da entidade organizadora do Brasileirão Série A.
Flavio Prado fez coro a favor dos jogadores. O comentarista destacou que esses tipos de “zoeira” fizeram ele se apaixonar por futebol. Além disso, pontuou que só faz uso de jogadas plásticas e provocativas os atletas que possuem capacidade técnica.

“O futebol que eu comecei a gostar, era o futebol de uma caneta, de chapéu… era visto com muito bons olhos, muito legal e muito gostoso”, iniciou o jornalista.
Em seguida, fez comparações de jogadores que usam ou usavam jogadas para desestabilizar seus adversários.
“Cada jogador é de um jeito. O Pilhado citou o Garrincha. Mas o Garrincha fazia molecagem, deixava a bola e saía correndo, voltava e o cara [marcador] caía. Enfim, não era tão objetivo. O Pelé não, ele sempre jogou objetivamente. Ele dava finta, e quando fazia tabelinha na perna do cara, era para sair lá na frente e fazer o gol”, comparou a objetividade de atletas que “zoavam” seus oponentes.
Flavio enfatizou que se o jogador que leva uma caneta tem categoria, devolve a “zoeira” na mesma moeda. Já aquele que não tem recurso, pode apelar para a porrada. E quem zoa deve está ciente disso.
“Regra é regra. Não pode e acabou. Sou muito a favor da zoeira e sou muito a favor do cara segurar a bronca também. Se a cara fizer e o nego enfiar a porrada nele, não tem que ficar chorando”, sentenciou o comentarista.
“Quando você faz a zoeira, ótimo, eu acho o futebol espetacular por conta da zoeira. O cara vem para cima de você e vai ser expulso, e corre o risco de te dar uma porrada. Se de vez em quando eu faço uma zoeira e o cara xinga minha mãe, eu vou achar ruim? Não.”, concluiu Flavio se mostrando ter gosto pelas provocações na cancha.
Manifestação de Memphis Depay
Protagonista do lance que gerou polêmica e foi tema da análise de Flavio Prado, Memphis se pronunciou sobre a regra de não pisar na bola.
“Poderiam ter dado um cartão vermelho no primeiro tempo. Levei um pisão no meu tornozelo, mas preferem fazer regra pra não pisar na bola. Enquanto quem decide as coisas no futebol fizer esse tipo de coisa, estaremos no caminho errado. Então quero deixar isso claro”, disse o holandês.
“O Brasil é um país onde se joga futebol, e o futebol não se joga só com os pés, se joga com a cabeça. Enfim, eu acho que eles tem que fazer um trabalho melhor”, desabafou o atacante do Corinthians.
A regra acusa, portanto, que ao pisar na bola, o jogador está deixando a bola presa. Dessa forma, a orientação é o árbitro da partida advertir o responsável pela ação.
