Após o empate em 2 a 2 contra o Bahia, neste domingo (6), na Vila Belmiro, Sormani criticou o atual momento de Guilherme no Santos e decretou que é hora do atacante ir para o banco de reservas.
“Ele deveria ter tirado o Guilherme. Essa paixão pelo Guilherme é algo que me chama a atenção e de todo torcedor do Santos também. É preciso tirar o Guilherme do time, deixa ele fora. Ele é um jogador lento, quando pega a bola ele não dá a velocidade que o Soteldo dá”, comentou ele.
“O Soteldo pega a bola e já vai para cima, ele desequilibra o adversário. O Guilherme não sabe driblar, é um jogador de um drible só, pega a bola e corta para dentro. Ele não tem repertório de drible, não dá mais”, salientou o jornalista, em seu canal no YouTube.
Grande parte da torcida do Peixe pede o jogador no banco de reservas neste momento. O Alvinegro Paulista tem boas opções para esse setor de campo: Soteldo, Álvaro Barreal e Gabriel Veron podem atuar pelo lado esquerdo ofensivo.
Sormani critica outro titular
O Santos segue com problemas no sistema defensivo, especialmente na lateral-direita. Depois de atuações ruins do argentino Léo Godoy no Paulistão, o jovem JP Chermont assumiu a titularidade, mas não conseguiu resolver os problemas.
O atleta de 19 anos mostra boa capacidade com a bola nos pés e tem margem para evolução, porém comete muitos erros defensivos cruciais. Sormani avaliou:
“Toda hora todo mundo sempre com a mesma história. ‘Ah, ele é muito novo e vai errar bastante’. Se vai errar bastante, ele não pode ser titular do Santos. O Santos não pode ter um jogador que erra porque é muito novo. Então manda para a base ou empresta para alguém. Não dá para ter como titular um jogador que falha demais”, cravou o jornalista.

Com apenas um ponto em seis possíveis no Brasileirão Série A, a equipe comandada pelo português Pedro Caixinha precisa dar respostas urgentes dentro de campo.
Depois da derrota para o Vasco da Gama e empate diante o Bahia, o próximo adversário é o Fluminense de Renato Gaúcho, no domingo (13), às 19h30 (de Brasília), no Maracanã, possivelmente com Neymar de volta ao time.
