Es war nur eine Frage der Zeit. Jetzt hat die TSV Hannover-Burgdorf aus der Daikin Handball-Bundesliga es auch offiziell verkündet.
Kreisläufer und Nationalspieler Justus Fischer (22) hat einen neuen Vertrag beim aktuell Tabellendritten unterzeichnet. Das alte Papier galt bis 2026, das neue laut Klub „mindestens bis 2027“.

Deutscher Handball-Star verlängert vorzeitig
Es ist trotz mehrerer lukrativer Angebote ein klares Bekenntnis des Nationalspielers zu seinem Heimat-Verein. Fischer wechselte 2027 als 14-Jähriger in den Nachwuchs der TSV Hannover-Burgdorf. 2021 wurde der mit der deutschen U19-Auswahl Europameister, 2023 Weltmeister mit der U21, bei Olympia 2024 holte er Silber mit der Nationalmannschaft. Für Hannover-Burgdorf hat „Fischi“ in bisher 114 Bundesligaspielen 295 Tore erzielt.
Fischer: „Ich freue mich, dass die Recken den gemeinsamen Weg mit mir weitergehen möchten. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar, denn dieser Verein ist mein Zuhause. Ich bin überzeugt, dass unsere Reise noch lange nicht zu Ende ist. Man sieht aktuell deutlich, wie viel Potenzial in unserem Kader steckt – und dieses Potenzial ist bei Weitem noch nicht ausgeschöpft.“

Trainer Christian Prokop kann weiter auf einen Stützpfeiler in Abwehr und Angriff setzen: „Wir freuen uns sehr über die vorzeitige Vertragsverlängerung von Justus, die ein klares Bekenntnis zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der TSV Hannover-Burgdorf zu einer sehr guten Adresse im deutschen Handball darstellt.
