Mais uma vez o Palmeiras terá de ficar sem a presença em campo de Raphael Veiga. O jogador sentiu o ombro ainda no primeiro tempo da vitória da equipe sobre o Cerro Porteño na quarta-feira (9), pela Libertadores, e teve que deixar o gramado do Allianz Parque.
Detalhes da lesão
Nesta quinta-feira (10), o clube divulgou que, após passar por exames, o meia teve constatada uma luxação no ombro esquerdo. Tal lesão não seria consideravelmente grave para fazer com que o atleta passe por cirurgia, segundo o que informa a Gazeta Esportiva, mas deve o tirar dos gramados por algum tempo, este não revelado.
Raphael Veiga já iniciou o tratamento junto ao Núcleo de Saúde e Performance do clube, este a ser feito de forma conservadora. Tanto que não esteve como participante em campo da reapresentação do time na Academia de Futebol, após a vitória sobre os paraguaios.
Fora do Dérbi?
A lesão tem grandes possibilidades de tirar o meia do Dérbi deste sábado (12) contra o Corinthians, na Arena Barueri, pela terceira rodada do Brasileirão. Como não há prazo informado pelo clube sobre o tempo em que ficará fora, o meia corre o risco de também desfalcar o Palmeiras de outras partidas da Série A, dependendo do desenrolar do tratamento da luxação.
Nesta temporada, Veiga teve que lidar com alguns problemas com lesões. Diante do Sporting Cristal, na estreia, o meia ficou de fora devido a um problema na região lombar e começou na reserva o jogo contra o Sport, no final de semana, entrando durante a segunda etapa neste jog,
Se não jogar o Dérbi, a principal opção de Abel Ferreira será Felipe Anderson, que o substituiu na partida contra o Cerro e teve bom desempenho na vitória diante dos paraguaios no Allianz Parque.
