Goleiro do Internacional é a nova promessa do futebol brasileiro, segundo jornal espanhol

College football spring transfer portal window recap: Tennessee drama, QBs on the move

College football’s spring transfer portal window officially closed Friday, but not without a flurry of activity leading into, during and at the end of the window. The former Tennessee quarterback, who helped lead the Volunteers to the College Football Playoff last year, hit the portal on the first day of the spring window and committed to UCLA days later. The quarterback transfer UCLA took during the winter portal window, former Appalachian State starter Joey Aguilar, suddenly […]

He has been through the battles, played in All-Star games and the World Series. He has been under an intense spotlight since he was 21.The former New York Yankee knows what it is like to be both a darling in the Bronx and a target of scorn. New York Jets early 53-man roster projection, post-NFL Draft

The two major tentpoles of the NFL offseason — free agency and the NFL Draft — are over. Unless general manager Darren Mougey has some surprise moves up his sleeves, the current iteration of the Jets’ roster will mostly be what it looks like when training camp opens in late-July.There are a lot of new faces — more than anything, this has been a youth movement. Both Mougey and head coach Aaron Glenn said that was intentional: Out with the old, in with the new. On paper, this doesn’t look like a team that most will predict to win the division or go on a run in the playoffs, but there is potential for the Jets to perform above expectations if certain players (particularly at quarterback) take a step forward, or if certain rookies can make an immediate, positive impact.AdvertisementLet’s […]

How the Packers’ draft affects Jaire Alexander’s future and more takeaways

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Days before the 2025 NFL Draft, Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst was asked about cornerback Jaire Alexander’s future. The team has been open to trading one of its best players of the last decade, presumably because of his price tag and lack of availability in recent years, but Gutekunst had left the door open for Alexander to stay.AdvertisementAs part of his answer, Gutekunst said, “We’ll see how the draft goes and then see where we are at that point.”The draft came and went with the Packers taking one cornerback. Not in the first round to potentially replace Alexander as Green Bay’s No. 1 cornerback of the future, but with pick No. 237 in the seventh round. If Gutekunst thought Alexander’s future would be influenced by who the Packers drafted at the position, Tulane cornerback Micah Robinson […]
