Flávio Prado está surpreso com como o Palmeiras conseguiu, em dois jogos, perder a final do Campeonato Paulista. Após a vitória por 2 a 0 sobre o Corinthians, sábado, pelo Brasileirão, o jornalista disse que a realidade dos dois elencos foi colocada na mesa.
Na avaliação do comentarista, o resultado acabou sendo até menor comparado ao que as duas equipes apresentaram em campo.
“Ficou barato para o Corinthians, saiu no lucro. Era de três para mais. Quando o Corinthians jogou contra time do mesmo nível dele… o Vasco, ele passou por cima, na Bahia ele foi com time reserva e trouxe um bom resultado, e diante do Palmeiras há uma clara diferença entre os elencos”, disse Flávio Prado.
Palmeiras vence rival sem sustos
De fato, em campo, foi uma diferença grande entre os dois. Com muita facilidade até, o Verdão conseguiu chegar aos dois gols e poderia até mesmo ter aberto uma vantagem ainda maior no clássico.
“O Campeonato Paulista é diferente porque não tem muito significado para o Palmeiras e muito para o Corinthians. Hoje (sábado) foi mais uma realidade. É inexplicável que em dois jogos o Corinthians tenha sido o campeão, ficou claro. O Palmeiras entregou o título, deu para perceber. Foi só melhorar um pouquinho que ele passou por cima”, declarou Flávio Prado.
Elogiado por Flávio Prado, Abel vê placar ‘injusto’
O Palmeiras fez sete finalizações contra uma do Corinthians e sofreu apenas uma já no final. Foi um dos melhores jogos do Verdão na temporada e que poderia ter sido de forma mais elástica. Abel Ferreira valorizou o futebol apresentado, mas que caberia mais gols a serem feitos.
“Poderíamos e deveríamos ter feito mais dois ou três gols e não conseguimos. Pena o resultado ter sido muito curto pela produção da nossa equipe. Devíamos e poderíamos ter feito mais dois ou três gols. Aliás, fizemos”, lembrou Abel do gol de Vitor Roque que foi anulado.
