Der FC Bayern müssen noch weiter auf Manuel Neuer verzichten!
Der Keeper wird nach BILD-Informationen auch das Viertelfinal-Rückspiel gegen Inter Mailand – Mittwoch hier ab 21 Uhr im Liveticker – verpassen.
Neuer kämpft seit Wochen ums Comeback. Im Achtelfinal-Hinspiel der Champions League gegen Leverkusen am 5. März (3:0, Rückspiel 2:0) hatte sich Neuer beim Jubelsprung über das 2:0 von Jamal Musiala (22) einen Muskelfaserriss in der Wade zugezogen. Gut zwei Wochen später gab es im Reha-Training einen Rückschlag, die Verletzung war wieder aufgebrochen.
[–>Es war sofort klar, dass es für das Hinspiel gegen Inter sehr eng wird, fürs Rückspiel in Mailand aber bestand noch Hoffnung. Bis zuletzt wurde die Mini-Hoffnung aufrechterhalten, dass Manuel Neuer doch in Mailand spielen kann. Trainer Vincent Kompany (38) und Sportvorstand Max Eberl (51) wollten noch nicht das endgültige Aus verkünden.
Jetzt steht fest: Neuer fehlt auch im Rückspiel gegen Inter!
Dazu passt auch: Am Sonntag machte Neuer nichts auf dem Rasen. Bisher konnte er in seiner Reha nach dem erneuten Muskelfaserriss in der rechten Wade noch keine Übungen mit Flügen oder Abdrücken vom verletzten Bein machen.

Neuer versuchte in seiner Karriere zwar schon oft, in letzter Sekunde doch noch fit zu werden, diesmal wird es aber nichts. Heißt: In Mailand wird wieder Jonas Urbig (21) im Tor stehen, sein bereits neunter Einsatz als Neuer-Ersatz. Der Winter-Neuzugang aus Köln machte es meist souverän, weswegen es im Klub auch keine Kopfschmerzen wegen des Keepers gibt: Gerade in den beiden Zu-Null-Spielen gegen Leverkusen in der Champions League zeigte Urbig, dass er auch auf allerhöchstem Niveau kein Nervenflattern bekommt.
Und Neuer? Der Keeper will in den kommenden Tagen die nächsten Schritte machen und hoffentlich bald zurück zum Team stoßen. Ob es fürs Spiel am Wochenende in Heidenheim reicht, ist noch nicht klar – bei einem möglichen Champions-League-Halbfinale Ende April/Anfang Mai wäre er aber sicher wieder dabei!
