Na druhý gól jste ale čekali až do nastavení. Neměl jste obavu, že soupeř vyrovná?
Vést o jeden gól je vždycky nejisté. Nicméně, pokud se podívám na zápas, kontrolovali jsme ho od první do poslední minuty. Jediné, co mi scházelo, byla lepší produktivita. Soupeře jsme ale eliminovali, jsem moc spokojený.
Co vás ještě potěšilo?
Například, že jsme odehráli zápas s nulou vzadu. Jsem také rád, že jsme měli vysokou úspěšnost přihrávek, kolem devadesáti procent. Na druhé straně, měli jsme dát víc gólů. Mám ale radost za Martina Suchomela, který se trefil poprvé za Spartu. Bavili jsme se spolu o tom, že by se měl víc tlačit do šestnáctky, do koncovky. Potěšil mě i Honza Kuchta, že se zase trefil.

Nepříjemností jsou naopak zranění Qazima Laciho a Eliase Cobbauta. Oba utkání nedohráli.
Zatím nevím, co je Lacimu. Co se týká Cobbauta, nejedná se o zranění. Měl křeč, byl unavený. Nemohl pokračovat dál.
V jakém stavu mužstvo vlastně je? V závěrečné fázi zápasu jste musel improvizovat.
Několik kluků je zraněných, jiní byli unavení, museli jsme na tento fakt reagovat střídáními. Pár hráčů muselo zastat jinou pozici, než na jakou jsou zvyklí. Zahráli tam ale velmi dobře.
Za hry jste stáhl i nejlepšího hráče na hřišti Lukáše Haraslína. Střídání se mu nelíbilo, což dal gesty při odchodu ze hřiště najevo.
Jsem rád za jeho reakci, že nebyl spokojený se střídáním. Ukazuje to na jeho správné nastavení. Pak jsme si podali ruku a on si sedl v klidu na lavičku. Je naprosto v pohodě, po zápase si ve sprše prozpěvoval. Všechno je tedy tak, jak má být.
Popáté v řadě v lize chyběl v základní sestavě Albion Rrahmani, stejně jako v minulém kole neodehrál ani minutu. Proč?
Nemám pocit, že by byla dobrá volba, postavit ho na stopera nebo na wingbeka. Museli jsem ke konci improvizovat, proto Albion do utkání nezasáhl.
Jaké je situace kolem zraněných Ángela Preciada a Veljka Birmančeviče?
Ángelo trénuje s týmem, dělá pokroky, každým dnem vypadá líp. Přeju si a držím mu palce, aby co nejdřív nastoupil. Co se týká Birmančeviče, měl menší problém se zády. Také on se vrací do tréninku. Nevím, kdy zasáhne do hry, ale nominaci na zápas by mohl mít velmi brzy.
