Felipe Melo iniciou a participação no programa “Fechamento” deste domingo (13), no sportv, enaltecendo a boa fase do Juventude neste início do Brasileirão. Terceiro colocado na tabela, o time jaconeiro foi apontado como um mandante indigesto pelo comentarista.
Depois de sair perdendo para o Ceará no Alfredo Jaconi, o time sulista mostrou fôlego para reagir, e triunfou pelo placar de 2 a 1, chegando aos seis pontos na classificando, ficando atrás somente de Flamengo e Palmeiras, que aparecem com sete tentos.
“O Juventude dentro de casa é muito forte. É um time que tem atletas com experiente e possui uma ótima combinação de jogo, atletas que são rápidos pela beirada. Mostrou uma qualidade de buscar o resultado após sair perdendo”, destacou Felipe Melo.
“Então pouco se falam destes clubes, e eu quero dar uma ênfase ao Juventude, que sempre que joga em casa é muito difícil de ser batido. Pode ter certeza que esse ano vão ter grandes clubes que vão chegar lá e vão deixar pontos. O Juventude começou bem o campeonato e é forte no Alfredo Jaconi”, completou.
Desempenho em 2024
Na última temporada, o Juventude foi o 12º melhor time atuando como mandante, tendo somado 30 pontos em 57 disputados, um aproveitamento pouco acima da casa dos 50%. Ao longo da competição, o time jaconeiro somou oito vitórias, seis empates e cinco derrotas, ostentando resultados imponentes contra Flamengo e Botafogo.
O melhor no quesito foi o Fortaleza, que entrou para a história ao fechar a edição completa do certame sem sequer um revés (14 vitórias e cinco empates). A invencibilidade do Leão do Pici, inclusive, perdura até os dias atuais.

Ainda no programa deste domingo (13), Felipe Melo analisou a situação do Grêmio, ao repercutir o revés da equipe sulista para o Flamengo, em Porto Alegre, e disse estar preocupado com o cenário de dúvidas na proposta de jogo no time de Gustavo Quinteros.
Na avaliação do Pitbull, o Imortal tem apresentado um desempenho preocupante e que pode se tornar um drama maior caso a sequência de resultados negativos permanência, dada a proximidade e o risco de rebaixamento. No momento, o Grêmio é o 13º colocado, com três pontos, estando a um da degola.
