Flávio Prado avaliou a situação de Tite, que está sem trabalhar desde que deixou o Flamengo em setembro de 2024. O técnico já deu a entender algumas vezes que deseja analisar o mercado estrangeiro, especialmente o europeu.
“Acho muito difícil o Tite voltar a trabalhar no Brasil, muito difícil mesmo. Ele ficou muito assustado, entre aspas, com as reações lá no Flamengo. Ele não imaginou que fosse num nível assim (a pressão). Talvez por ter ficado muito tempo na seleção brasileira ele perdeu o costume da pressão. Mas a verdade é que ele ficou um pouco assustado”, opinou o jornalista.
De fato, a passagem de Tite no Rubro-Negro foi muito caótica. Apesar do título do estadual e boas fases no Brasileirão Série A, ele não se estabilizou completamente em momento algum, foi criticado pela forma de jogar e não resistiu após a eliminação nas quartas de final da Libertadores para o Peñarol, do Uruguai.

Ele negou as sondagens recentes do Santos, assim como Dorival Júnior. O ex-Corinthians e seleção entende que esse não é o melhor momento para aceitar um trabalho em um clube brasileiro.
Anteriormente, o nome do experiente comandante foi ligado ao Botafogo, mas não houve avanço. Sendo assim, o Alvinegro Carioca fechou com o português ex-Bahia Renato Paiva.
Tite foi especulado também na seleção brasileira, onde teve passagem entre 2016 e 2022. No entanto, esse boato ainda não se concluiu em uma negociação de fato.

Parte da imprensa brasileira argumenta que Tite “se queimou” no futebol brasileiro. Craque Neto, por exemplo, não poupou palavras para criticá-lo:
“Você arrebentou com a gente. Duas Copas do Mundo. Esse cara acabou com o futebol brasileiro”, declarou o apresentador.
O jornalista Renato Maurício Prado, o RMP, foi pelo mesmo caminho: “Depois do trabalho de Tite no Flamengo, nenhum clube com o mínimo de bom senso e conhecimento de futebol pode querer contratar o Tite”, sinalizou ele.
