Casagrande não possui dúvidas sobre o melhor técnico em atividade no Brasil. Levando em conta o nível de regularidade dirigindo o Palmeiras, Abel Ferreira foi atrelado ao status em questão. Embora Filipe Luís esteja fazendo um ótimo trabalho à frente do Flamengo, o ex-jogador acredita que o comandante rubro-negro precisa adquirir experiência para chegar ao patamar extraordinário do português.

“O Palmeiras está jogando bem, é um time consistente. O Abel é um treinador espetacular! Ele irrita nas coletivas, irrita o árbitro quando está na área técnica, mas é espetacular.”, disse Casão, no Fim de Papo, do UOL Esporte.

“O Abel, há um bom tempo, é o melhor treinador que trabalha no Brasil. O Filipe Luís é o grande treinador brasileiro do futuro. Mas, o cara pronto que tem no Brasil, é o Abel Ferreira. Sem dúvida alguma.”, acrescentou.

Casagrande ressalta erro da CBF

Na visão de Casagrande, Abel Ferreira seria o nome ideal para assumir o Brasil após a Copa do Mundo de 2022. Porém, como a CBF não fez uma investida pesada, uma saída do Palmeiras, no momento, é bastante difícil.
