The video, captured by a fan and posted to X on April 20, shows Bieber shirtless and holding a blunt-like object in his mouth as he enjoys the festival crowd.
In the clip, Jaxon is seen standing beside his brother until Hailey Bieber gently guides him away. Moments later, Justin continues dancing solo, seemingly unfazed by the attention around him. The footage has since gone viral, with fans expressing concern not just about the apparent drug use, but also about the setting and company.
