Das Real-Drama um Carlo Ancelotti (65) nimmt kein Ende!
Schon seit Wochen wird darüber spekuliert, dass Real Madrid seinen Star-Trainer zum Ende der Saison rauswerfen könnte. Größter Kritikpunkt an Ancelotti: Er sei zu weich. Alles andere als weich zeigte sich der Italiener jetzt auf der Pressekonferenz vor dem Liga-Spiel gegen den FC Getafe.

Vorher erklärte er: „Für mich geht es darum, mit Menschen auf Augenhöhe zusammenzuarbeiten, und dafür muss man respektiert werden. Das ist mir gelungen, auch in schwierigen Zeiten. Ein Fußballer ist nicht nur ein Fußballer, sondern auch ein Mensch.“
Der Druck auf Ancelotti ist hoch: Gegen Arsenal blamierte sich Real und auch in der Liga läuft es derzeit nicht. Vier Punkte Rückstand ausgerechnet auf Erzrivale Barcelona. Größte Titelchance ist derzeit die Copa del Rey. Im Finale des spanischen Pokals am kommenden Samstag treffen sie ebenfalls auf das Flick-Team (hier anmelden und live bei SPORT BILD sehen).
Seinen Führungsstil erklärt Ancelotti: „Ich versuche, meine Beziehungen zu den Menschen so zu gestalten, wie ich bin. In einer Beziehung geht es darum, dass man zeigt, wie man wirklich ist. Glauben Sie, ich war in dieser Saison noch nie wütend? Ich war schon oft wütend.“

Trotz Wut, die sicher aufkommen wird, sollten die Königlichen das Pokalfinale verlieren, wird er dem sicher treu bleiben. Und falls Real ihn rausschmeißt, gibt es für den Italiener noch andere Optionen. Seit Längerem kursieren Gerüchte, dass Brasilien ihn als Nationaltrainer verpflichten will. Und auch die Italiener würden sich freuen, käme der verlorene Sohn zurück in die Serie A.
Dass er ein Weltklasse-Trainer ist, hat Ancelotti mit seinen zahlreichen Titeln auf jeden Fall unter Beweis gestellt.

Matt Krohn Minnesota Twins promising rookie infielder/outfielder Luke Keaschall suffered a nondisplaced fracture in his right forearm on Friday, the club told reporters following the Twins' 11-4 win over the Los Angeles Angels. Keaschall suffered the injury when he was struck by a pitch from Kyle Hendricks in the first inning. Keaschall, in the lineup at DH, was able to run the bases after being hit on the arm, but he was pinch-hit for when his spot came up again in the bottom of the third. According to Twins dugout reporter Audra Martin, the club does not have a timetable for Keaschall's return. That the fracture is nondisplaced is a positive, but it still figures to be a lengthy absence for the 22-year-old.
