Er kam, spielte und siegte…

Der Norweger Espen Jorstad (34) gewinnt das wöchentliche 10.300 Dollar GGMillions-Event auf der Poker-Plattform GGPoker (Anzeige). Bei seiner ersten Final-Teilnahme bei diesem Turnier zerlegt er direkt seine Gegner, schnappt sich den Titel und 318.000 Euro – was für eine Macht-Demonstration!

Jorstad, der 2022 das Main Event der World Series of Poker in Las Vegas gewann und dafür 8,67 Mio. Euro kassierte, startete als Zweiter in Chips in das Finale. Die Chancen auf seinen ersten Sieg bei diesem prestigeträchtigen Event waren somit schon sehr hoch – und das ließ er seine Konkurrenten auch spüren.

Dabei waren seine Gegner absolute Online-Ikonen! Ein kleiner Auszug:

► Poker-Legende Niklas Astedt. Der Schwede kommt bei diesem Turnier auf 45 Final-Tische. Seine GGPoker-Gewinne liegen bei über 35 Mio. Euro.

► Brasi-Crusher Joao Vieria hat 22 Final-Tische in der Tasche und über 17 Mio. Euro an Gewinnen.

► Spitzenreiter Duco Haven liegt bei 17 Final-Tische, 4 Siege und über 13 Mio. Euro an Gewinnen.

Hammer-Gegner, die es erst mal zu schlagen gilt. Doch Jorstad ließ sich davon nicht blenden, blieb komplett cool im Finale.

Auf dem Weg zum Titel nahm Jorstad sogar zwei von seinen schärfsten Widersachern vom Tisch. Erst schmiss er den Schweden Astedt raus, als nur noch drei Spieler am Tisch waren, versenkte er Vieria mit einem Full-House. Folge: Im Finale ging’s gegen den dritten Brocken – den Holländer Duco Haven.

Kurios: Nach über 20 Stunden Spielzeit waren beide Spieler fast gleich auf. Nur wenige Chips trennten die Kontrahenten. Sie schenkten sich nichts, keiner konnte eine klare Führung herausspielen. Kein Wunder, dass es bei der entscheidenden Hand auch knapp zu ging: Jorstad ging mit Ass und Dame All-in, Haven ging mit König und Dame mit. Weil keine Hilfe für den Holländer kam, konnte sich der Norweger seinen 1. Titel bei dem Event sichern.

[–>Erfreulich: Der deutsche Zocker „PADRE007“ konnte beim 150 Dollar GGMasters gleich 67.000 Euro abräumen, wurde von 6.517 Spieler starker Dritter. Ein Wahnsinn!

Zur Erinnerung: Auf GGPoker (Anzeige) laufen wieder tägliche Qualifikations-Turniere für die 3. Raab Pokernacht. Das Online-Finale ist am 5. Mai. Zuletzt konnte der Wildcard-Gewinner den Titel und 50.000 Euro mit nach Hause nehmen. Zudem kann jeder Spieler aus Deutschland an der Freeroll-Liga teilnehmen. Jeden Dienstag und Samstag geht’s dort um 20 Uhr los. Es gibt Gewinne im Wert von 20.000 Dollar.
