Alles klar?!
Wie die spanische Zeitung „Marca“ berichtet, haben sich Trainer Hansi Flick (60) und der FC Barcelona über eine gemeinsame Zukunft geeinigt. Der aktuelle Vertrag unseres ehemaligen Bundestrainers (2021 bis 2023) läuft noch ein Jahr bis Sommer 2026, demnächst soll er aber bis 2027 verlängert werden. Auf eine offizielle Verkündung noch vor dem Clasico am Samstag im Pokalfinale gegen Real Madrid (22 Uhr/live bei BILD.de) wird es nicht geben. Auch in den nächsten Wochen soll nichts publik werden. Der Grund: das Triple.
[–>Im Finale der Copa del Rey an diesem Wochenende kann Barça sich den ersten Titel der Saison schnappen. Als Tabellenführer in La Liga kämpfen sie außerdem um die Meisterschaft, in der Champions League stehen sie im Halbfinale gegen Inter Mailand.
Präsident Joan Laporta (62) bereits wenige Wochen nach Flicks Amtsantritt im vergangenen Jahr: „Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Trainer, den wir haben, er ist ein echter Profi, spricht klar und direkt und wir haben eine Siegermentalität. Flick sucht keine Ausreden und begnügt sich mit dem, was er hat. Er ist anspruchsvoll, er hat uns den neuen Schwung gegeben, den wir brauchten.“

Lob für Flick gab’s dazu erst vor wenigen Tagen von Andres Iniesta (40). Über dessen Leistung am Team sagt er: „Am meisten beeindruckt mich, dass sie wie ein lebendiges Team wirken – mit Seele, mit echtem Hunger. Und das zusätzlich zu der hohen Qualität, die sie sowieso mitbringen.“
Auch Thiago Alcantara (34) zeigt sich begeistert über die Flick-Arbeit. Der Ex-Nationalspieler gegenüber dem spanischen Radiosender Cadena SER: „Wir sind sehr stolz auf das, was Hansi mit den Spielern geschaffen hat und aufrechterhalten hat.“
Flick selbst machte erst vor Kurzem klar: „Ich arbeite gerne für diesen Verein, den besten der Welt.“ Und das wohl noch länger als bisher geplant.
