Der Account „rthandball“ postete den Treffer des dänischen Welt-Handballers Mathias Gidsel (26) zum 32:26 (53.) in Zeitlupe mit der Überschrift: „This has to stop!“ Auf Deutsch: „Das muss aufhören!“
Grund: In der Zeitlupe ist klar zu sehen, dass Gidsel vor seinem erfolgreichen Torabschluss sieben Schritte macht, ohne ein Mal den Ball dabei zu prellen. Das spanische Schiedsrichter-Gespann Andreu Marín und Igancio Garcia hatte klare Sicht auf die Szene, pfiff den Regelverstoß aber nicht ab.
[–>In der Handball-Regel 7:3 steht unter anderem „es ist erlaubt, sich mit dem Ball höchstens 3 Schritte zu bewegen“. Nach einem dritten Schritt muss der Ball getippt werden.

American consortium GSG LOFC Limited, led by New York businessman David Gandler, has completed a takeover of English League One club Leyton Orient.The group has acquired 100 per cent of the east London club from its previous owner Eagle Investments 2017 Limited.
