„Skandální rozhodnutí,“ soptil trenér Hoffenheimu Christian Ilzer v rozhovoru pro Sky Sport.
A proč vlastně ta bouře?
Hoffenheim dotahoval manko 1:2. Povedlo se a už to vypadalo, že zachrání cenný bod, když udeřili Češi. Ve druhé minutě nastavení zatáhl po levé straně míč David Jurásek a připomněl svou formu, která ho katapultovala na evropskou scénu. Levačkou načechral přesný centr na zadní tyč, kam si naběhl Pavel Kadeřábek a hlavou neminul – 2:2.
Jenže na závěrečné drama se teprve čekalo.
V páté minutě nastavení šel do tvrdého souboje gólman Oliver Baumann a Carney Chukwuemeka. Brankář Hoffenheimu schytal kolenem zásah přímo do hlavy, svalil se na zem, ale sudí nechal hru pokračovat. Odražený míč si sebral Serhou Guirassy, pohotově ho posunul Waldemaru Antonovi, který už pohodlně zakončil do prázdné brány.

Baumann se marně snažil vrátit mezi tyče, byl očividně otřesený. Jakmile míč zapadl do sítě, sesunul se k zemi. Na čele mu rychle naskočila pořádná boule. Přesto rozhodčí gól uznali – po konzultaci s VAR.
„Jednalo se o poranění hlavy. Viděl jsem to několikrát. Stačí se podívat na obličej Oliho,“ běsnil Ilzer.
Emoce v táboře Hoffenheimu ale neutichly ani po zápase. Záložník Anton Stach popsal, jak v něm frustrace přímo vřela: „Už jsem se nemohl ovládat. Pokud trvá přezkum tak dlouho a na hlavě je vidět jasná boule, tak čekal bych, že si to rozhodčí půjde sám prohlédnout.“
Na druhé straně měl trenér Dortmundu Niko Kovač pro verdikt pochopení. Podle něj se Chukwuemeka dotkl míče chvíli před Baumannem. „Pokud by se k míči dostal Olli Baumann jako první, byl by to faul. Ale pravděpodobně tomu tak nebylo,“ vysvětloval Kovač.
Pro Hoffenheim mohl být bod k nezaplacení. Tím spíš, že šestnáctý Heidenheim v páteční předehrávce senzačně porazil Stuttgart a stáhl záchranářský odstup na pouhých pět bodů.
„Dortmund hraje o Ligu mistrů. Ale my bojujeme o přežití. Je to existenční situace,“ uzavřel hořce kouč Ilzer.
