Am Ende der Saison wird der FC Bayern sehr wahrscheinlich nicht titellos dastehen – doch es wird wohl „nur“ die Schale. Die Deutsche Meisterschaft – zu wenig für die Bosse!
TV-Experte Didi Hamann will das Problem ausgemacht haben. Er glaubt, dass unter anderem das Ausscheiden aud der Champions League an dem Mittelfeld-Duo Joshua Kimmich und Leon Goretzka liegt!
Im Sport1-Doppelpass sagt er: „Die Abwehr ist zu löchrig. Man hat in den letzten fünf Jahren jährlich die Abwehrspieler gewechselt. Und wer spielt vor der Abwehr? Ein Kimmich und ein Goretzka. Und du wirst mit den beiden in der Mitte keine Champions League gewinnen.“
[–>Außerdem solle Bayern-Trainer Vincent Kompany Kimmich als Rechtsverteidiger einsetzen.
Die Begründung: „Für mich ist nächstes Jahr die erste Amtshandlung, die er machen muss oder müsste: Der englische Nationaltrainer hat Kimmich hinten rechts hingestellt und der deutsche Nationaltrainer hat ihn als Rechtsverteidiger hingestellt. Das heißt, die einzige Chance, die er für mich hat, ist, dass er Kimmich aus der Mitte rausnimmt.“

Der Ex-Bayern-Profi: „Die haben vor vier Wochen gegen Inter Mailand gespielt. Die hatten vier Spieler mit über 35 in der Mannschaft. In der Mitte haben Calhanoglu und Mkhitaryan gespielt. Der eine ist 32, der andere 36. Und Kimmich und Goretzka konnten diesen beiden nicht standhalten. Das ist jetzt nicht internationale oder Weltklasse. Das gibt es in der Champions League ganz andere Pärchen.“
Beim letzten Champions-League-Titel der Bayern 2020 war Kimmich noch Rechtsverteidiger. In der Mitte stellte der damalige Bayern-Trainer Hansi Flick Leon Goretzka neben Thiago.
Hamann Vorschlag: Aleksandar Pavlovic im defensiven Mittelfeld aufstellen. Daneben müsse man „einen finden“, so der Experte.
