Meghan Markle was the first modern member of the British royal family to vote for president in a U.S. election in 2020 and marked a historic milestone. Now, she was asked about her openness to pursue politics. What did she say?
In addition to her lifestyle brand As Ever, Meghan Markle also triumphs on screens in her Netflix show “With Love, Meghan.” On the other hand, she recently launched a new Lemonada Media podcast, “Confessions of a Founder,” which premiered on April 8 and releases a new episode every Tuesday.
However, in her recent appearance on “The Jamie Kern Lima Show” podcast she addressed a possible future in politics. Would she ever run for office? Kern Lima asked.

“No. Never,” Markle replied with a chuckle, adding, “Oh, God. I mean, you could say, ‘Never say never.’ No, I’m not interested in that. No.”
While Meghan became a member of the British royal family after marrying Prince Harry in 2018, they both quit their jobs as royals. They now live away, in California, where they raise their two children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
Strained relationship with the Royal Family
The tensions between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with the royal family is something that has been talked about since his resignation from the royals.
Following her departure, the couple have spoken openly about their experiences within the royal institution, including their mental health issues, lack of security, and media exposure.
Undoubtedly, their controversial 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey revealed deep issues with their family members, ranging from lack of support as a family to accusations of neglect.

Pac-12 lands CBS, ESPN and The CW to broadcast Oregon State and Wazzu’s 2025 home games
The rebuilding Pac-12 Conference announced Friday that the 13 home games for Oregon State and Washington State in 2025 will be broadcast across a mix of three networks: CBS, ESPN and The CW.It’s the next step in a multi-step process to reconstruct the league. Although the deal is only for 2025 and nothing further has been finalized, the announcement indicates advanced talks with the same networks for the larger TV rights package covering 2026 and beyond, when the Pac-12 will add five Mountain West schools and at least one more school yet to be determined.
