O jornalista Fábio Sormani não mediu palavras para criticar a situação do Santos na disputa do Campeonato Brasileiro deste ano. Retornando à elite da competição nesta temporada, o Peixe tem feito péssima campanha e já convive com a zona do rebaixamento.
Durante participação no programa Opinião Placar, no YouTube, o comentarista esportivo apontou que que o time vem fazendo tudo errado em 2025 e estará na Se´rei B no ano que vem caso a rota não seja corrigida em breve.
“O Santos está fodido. É uma nau à deriva. Não tem técnico, não tem presidente, não tem CEO… O Santos está perdido”, iniciou Sormani.
“O Santos está fazendo tudo certinho para pegar o trem rumo à Série B. Está querendo embarcar no trem da Série B”, completou.

Segundo o comentarista, o Peixe hoje não tem um comandante que consiga colocar a equipe no eixo novamente e pede a saída do presidente Marcelo Teixeira.
“O presidente é omisso. O Marcelo Teixeira não era assim. Não sei o que aconteceu com ele. Se ele não tem vigor, vontade, coragem… Ele que entregue o cargo. Do jeito que está não dá”, finalizou Sormani.
De fato, o Santos não faz uma boa campanha no Brasileirão 2025. O time, que ainda não tem um novo treinador para substituir o demitido Pedro Caixinha, foi derrotado em casa pelo Red Bull Bragantino no último domingo, e após seis rodadas disputadas está na 19ª colocação, com apenas quatro pontos conquistados.

The forward took a hard fall in Game 2 of their first-round series against the Houston Rockets and suffered a pelvic contusion.
