V čase 58:20 uzavřel pohádku ve znamení Floridy střelou do prázdné Carter Verhaeghe. Panthers tak po výhře 4:2 dělí od postupu do druhého kola play off jediný úspěch.

Prezident FIA Muhamad Sulajím naznačil možnou změnu pravidel, konkrétně přílohy B Mezinárodního sportovního řádu.
