Deion Sanders has placed his sprawling Texas mansion on the market. The luxurious property, listed at $5.5 million, spans an astonishing 29,220 square feet and has been one of several homes owned by the football icon over the years.
The listing marks a new chapter for Sanders, who now appears fully focused on building the Buffaloes into a powerhouse program.

His decision came just weeks before his son, Shedeur Sanders, was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, a proud moment for Coach Prime and the Sanders family.

With his focus now firmly on the 2025 college football season, Sanders is preparing to lead the Buffaloes through a new era – one that will look a little different on and off the field. In addition to the departure of star quarterback Shedeur Sanders, Colorado will also have to adjust to playing without Travis Hunter, whose unique two-way impact was a defining element of the team’s identity.
Sanders, never one to back down from a challenge, will now rely on a new starting quarterback and a refreshed coaching staff to carry the team forward. It’s a pivotal moment for the program, but Sanders seems poised to tackle it head-on – and part of that means planting more permanent roots in Colorado.
Coach Prime’s Rocky Mountain estate, located in Boulder County’s Meadow Farms community in Longmont, is expected to become his primary residence.
The 6,457-square-foot home is surrounded by scenic views and equipped with an array of amenities, including a pool, wine room, workout area, and more – perfect for a coach balancing the rigors of the college football season with family time.
