Bill Belichick, the legendary former Patriots coach known for his masterful strategies, is now making headlines for his interview on CBS Mornings in which his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, became the unexpected star.
As Bill talked about football and his new game with his characteristic seriousness, Hudson, watching from a screen off-camera, couldn’t resist interrupting him several times.

Jordon Hudson, his 24-year-old partner, turned it into a viral mess, leaving behind a torrent of criticism on social media.
Everything was going smoothly until Tony Dokoupil asked how they met. Hudson, from her off-camera seat, swooped in like a linebacker, cutting off the play with a “We’re not talking about that!” It wasn’t just a simple interruption, but an awkward moment that became the talk of social media.
Opinions from the NFL and the sports world in general were quick to follow, with some expressing concern for Bill and others pointing fingers at Jordon for her role in the relationship, especially given the information that emerged that she interrupted the interview several times.
Kelly comes to Jordon Hudson’s defense
On the most recent edition of his podcast, “The Morning After,” he supported Hank Winchester, who felt Hudson‘s interruption of Belichick‘s interview was inappropriate when his relationship was being discussed, but justified her actions.
“Bill Belichick, we never saw him much on social media, and now he’s everywhere with her,” Stafford said.
“So I think there’s some responsibility in knowing that, that she knows she’s going to be asked questions because their relationship is so public. Honestly, I don’t care, I think it’s fair to both of them. If she doesn’t want to talk about it, they don’t have to talk about it.”
That said, Kelly also said he thinks the issue is being blown out of proportion because it’s not that big of a deal since it’s the couple’s private life.
“I think the world of sports in general is in a deplorable state. And I understand that these guys aren’t just athletes. We know that. But at the same time, they are athletes. Why is everything so damn dramatic?”
