Após vencer o Grêmio Novorizontino e abrir vantagem na Copa do Brasil, o Corinthians redireciona as atenções para o Brasileirão Série A. Neste sábado (3), o time alvinegro encara o Inter, a partir das 18h30 (horário de Brasília), no estádio Neo Química Arena, em Itaquera (São Paulo).
O clube presidido por Augusto Melo tem dois desfalques. São eles: Rodrigo Garro e Gustavo Henrique. A dupla está machucada.
Garro ainda se recupera de uma tendinopatia patelar no joelho direito. Gustavo Henrique, por sua vez, foi submetido a uma cirurgia para tratar uma hérnia inguinal.
Jogo marca estreia de Dorival Júnior diante da Fiel Torcida
Dorival Júnior liderou o Corinthians em apenas uma partida oficial, desde que foi anunciado como substituto de Ramón Díaz. A partida, contudo, ocorreu no interior paulista. O goleiro Hugo Souza elogiou o novo comandante.
“O professor deixa tudo bem explicado para nós. Tudo bem destrinchado. Fica mais fácil para desenvolver no campo o que ele quer. Vamos com o pensamento de que precisamos para ganhar o jogo”, iniciou.
“Por mais que a preparação seja curta entre um jogo e outro, o professor está deixando tudo claro e sabemos muito bem o que precisamos fazer dentro de campo”, completou o goleiro do Corinthians.
Como chega o Inter contra o Corinthians?
Reforçado. O técnico Roger Machado convocou 24 atletas. Vitão, Bernabei e Bruno Henrique estão de volta após serem poupados no último meio de semana, quando o clube do Rio Grande do Sul enfrentou o Maracanã pela Copa do Brasil.
A expectativa é de que o time titular tenha mudanças. O meio-campista Alan Patrick está cotado para voltar à escalação.
