Juan Pablo Vojvoda não esteve satisfeito com o resultado, mas aprovou a retomada do Fortaleza nestas últimas partidas. Após uma sequência negativa e cobranças da torcida, o comandante gostou do que viu na partida contra o São Paulo, pela sétima rodada do Brasileirão.
Em entrevista coletiva, o argentino lembrou que sempre é uma tarefa das mais complicadas encarar a equipe paulista em seu estádio.
“Fizemos um bom primeiro tempo, boa pressão, encaixamos bem as linhas. Empurramos o adversário em setores onde queríamos, tivemos oportunidades de gol. Aqui no Morumbi não é fácil jogar. No segundo tempo, eles tiveram mais posse de bola, mas nós tivemos algumas chances também”, analisou Vojvoda.

Na volta do intervalo, o SPFC encontrou mais espaços na defesa do Leão. Com Lucas Ferreira, ali era a melhor chance de gol para os donos da casa. João Ricardo, porém, levou a melhor. Mais tarde, o goleiro seria ainda mais decisivo no pênalti cobrado por Ferreirinha.
“Eles tiveram um pênalti, mas João Ricardo foi bem. Tivemos algumas possibilidades com Lucero, Deyverson. Enfim, fico com essa recuperação da nossa intensidade, quatro partidas fora de casa e não perdemos. Conseguimos muitas vezes ir ao fundo, escanteios, não é fácil aqui”, disse o argentino.
Lucero e Deyverson, cara a cara com Rafael, poderiam ter levado o Fortaleza a uma grande vitória, mas pecaram nas finalizações.
Com o resultado, o Fortaleza segue na 15ª posição com sete pontos conquistados. Na próxima rodada, o time cearense vai receber o Juventude, dia 10, às 16h (de Brasília), na Arena Castelão.
Agora é Libertadores
Fortaleza volta a campo na terça (6) para enfrentar o Colo-Colo, às 21h30 (de Brasília), na Arena Castelão, pela quarta rodada da fase de grupos da Libertadores. Com quatro pontos, o Leão é o terceiro colocado na chave.
