At the grand opening of the Missouri City, Texas, Paul didn’t just cut the ribbon he took center stage, serving drinks and mingling with fans . The event featured a sneak peek of three new cocktails crafted by Paul himself, inspired by his boxing persona “El Gallo del Dorado” (The Golden Rooster): the Sweet El Gallo Loco, Bloody El Gallo, and Smoky El Gallo. These signature drinks were available all day.
